Chase Bank E Main St, Apopka

I've banked with Chase and I enjoy their company (well private banking institution). The staff at this location were ok. They weren't anything over the top with their customer service. This bank is in a great location though.

I have been a client of this bank for more than 7 years. I went to this branch for assistance with a problem I was having with my account. The service from the manager of this bank was horrible, refuses to help , no professionalism. They didn't help me at all. I went to another Chase branch and got the help I needed. This manager should be changed.

I came with my wife to open checking account on Saturday 1-18-20 at 1:30 but lady employee refused to open it for us because branch closes at 2 and it takes 30 to 45 minutes to open one. Not sure if it is the branch policy or that employee just made up. Nevertheless I just called the customer service and guess what I was told? She should have opened the checking account for us. Well I guess we are going to take the business elsewhere.

Have been a loyal Chase user for over 4 years. People here are kind and courteous. This is the bank of my choice and always will be.Tnks Chase for being the best!!!

They kept my stimulus check for 7 months until I called them to get a letter showing it went back to IRS! Never recommend!

Incredibly slow service. Staff unable to answer simple questions. Very concerning.

Poor customer service. Came to the bank 30 mins before closing, I put my name down on the list to get help to open a savings account, there was more people waiting as well. They got to me 5 mins before closing and said they could not help me because the bank was going to close soon. The person who was in charge that day told me to open the account online because they couldn't do it because they were about to close. Very poor customer service. I've never been back after that.

So so angry right now, I had an issue with a check coming from NYC and was on the phone with Chase Customer Care for more than an hour setting it up for when I get it here in Florida. Not only would my branch not accept it, but they wouldn't give me a straight answer. It was like talking to a freaking wall. I can't even play the race card because they all looked Hispanic and I'm Hispanic. I had to get back on the phone with Chase Customer Care only to be told to deposit the check in an ATM. But that's ok, I've had my account for years and as soon as that check clears I'm taking my business elsewhere. Shame on you Chase on Main St. in Apopka, FL. SHAME ON YOU!😡

there people are completely uneducated I ask for open my bank account the girl who worked there told me she didn't know and I need to make an appointment when the manager cam for open my bank account.
