Chase Bank Ventura Blvd, Encino

They close the branch without any notification, and they give you no access to safe deposit box. This has happened many times in last couple of weeks. Their excuse is AC not working.

My mom and I came to open a Private Client Bank account. Waited 20 minutes without any attention. People acted like they are doing us a favor by talking to us. Very rude and unprofessional! This bank is a chaos!!! Dijana Asturias VP branch manager is doing the cashiers work. Ridiculous. People running like chickens without heads. Will never come back again. Ran away!!! I will take my money across a street to Wells Fargo.

Absolutely unprofessional. I drove all the way from north Hollywood to this Chase bank & the lady tells us that “we’re all busy here please go to the other Chase branch.” The guy who helped us was unfriendly and not welcoming. Never again.

The worst experience during COVD-19! Absolute lack of human compassion towards old people. Bank premises size allows at least 10 people inside maintaining social distance, but this particular branch has people waiting outside where there is no shade at all. They do not provide senior citizen hours, they do not pick-up the phone. If you want to make an appointment you need to come in, stay in line and only then make one. But this appointment will not be made unless you want to open a new account or apply for a loan. Two people on duty at the door are NOT helping customers. I don't even know why they are there. Very sad to see how some people and businesses behave in such an extremely difficult situation.

Withdrew money from my account, that went fine, but I have no love for a business that won’t let a clearly nine months pregnant woman use their bathroom. There are times for exceptions to be made for the rules guys, and pregnant women are one of them.

Always a line a few tellers, plenty of “money makers” sitting around doing nothing w live customers at branch just not money takers.

Horrible Service, Don't care about customers time. I get there 40 mins before they close because they told me it takes half an hour to create the account. They keep me waiting saying that all members are on conference calls when I see one guy messing around. 2 people walk in ten minutes after me and get seen first despite my complaint. When the same guy is ready for me I walk in to hear I should do it online... Then sends me a link in a nice email saying "I’m glad we had a chance to discuss your banking needs"

Clean environment. Very large parking lot with much parking to be used. Cleanest bank I have ever been to. Strong AC. Tellers and bankers are very charming, clean, and do everything they can to help you. My favorite chase in the valley! +1 for the candy in the front of the teller line.
