I love the staff at this branch! They are consistently friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They also greet customers, often by name, when they come in. My office sits right between three Chase branches, but I ALWAYS come here because of the staff, and I come in once or twice a week.

The drive up ATM shows a lit green light that can be seen from Baseline. However, the ATM is in working order less than 5% of the time. I have asked multiple times that the light be turned off when the ATM is out of order. The staff doesn't seem to care that the ATMs have multiple days where the ATMs do not work. Avoid this branch and the staff. Horrible Horrible experience

Came here today to cash a check from a settlement that was drawn off of a Chase account. I had the misfortune of dealing with Laura Lanford. She was combative and very unprofessional from the beginning of our conversation. I would hope that customer service is still a priority at Chase. Dealing with Laura Lanfeld let’s me know that Chase doesn’t care about customers or customer service. 0/10 would not recommend!! Terrible service!!

ALWAYS a problem with the ATM here. Would rather deal with a live person anyways but it seems they would like to eliminate customer interaction.

The deive thru ATM is always broken. Always. Tried to use it because the green light was on saying it was open, but it was broken. Backed up and got in line for the teller, sent the tube waited a few minutes, nothing. Pressed call teller button. Waited a few minutes and pushed it again. Finally after pressing it a 3rd time she appears and asks what she can help me with I tell her I'd like to make a deposit. She asks if I have my card and ID and when I tell her I already sent it she leaves comes back 5 minutes later and stares at me. Another lady appears and asks of I got my card back and I'm like no? Apparently the tube got stuck halfway with my stuff in it. I finally got it back but spent 10 minutes in the drive thru when I had no one in front of me to wait on. This is the last time I will go to this Chase.

For a national bank, pushing their clients to digital banking platforms like mobile deposits, ATM deposits etc, they need to seriously take a look at the technology at this branch. You can go there any day, at any time, and (by my calculations over the past 2 months) you have a 73% chance that one of the ATM’s is malfunctioning, not accepting deposits, or completely turned off. Today, the walk-up machine took in $338, and spit out a receipt saying to “call if the deposit doesn’t reflect on your account.” Big surprise, it didn’t, and now we get to go through the claim and residual credit process. A process my wife and I have become exceedingly good at since this is the third or fourth time this has happened to one of us. We use this branch due to the convenience of being on our way home from both our jobs and close to home, but not anymore. I’ll drive 10 minutes out of my way to get to a branch that actually…. Works.

I've been waiting for at least 6 months for their drive up ATM to actually be fixed. Staff inside is nice but it's not quite enough to make up for the lack of fixing their ATM machines.

The only drive through ATM has been broken for months, with no sign of a fix. Unacceptable.

Once again the atm is broken. The branch manager should have pride in his business.....seriously the most run down and poorly managed chase in mesa.
