After months of looking (Florida '21 market), I finally got an offer accepted on my dream home... and two weeks after that, was told the online shop couldn't get the deal done. We realized that the buyers and sellers agents were not on the contract so the communication of what was happening on the loan process was not getting communicated. I think this was a oversight by everyone and to keep everyone in the know that should be sorted out at the beginning. Other than that I think the team did a great job of getting my loan processed in a timely manor and look forward to working through my next investment property.
