Chase Bank Henry St, Muskegon

I have banked with Chase for around twelve years. Service at this location is always very good. They take care of your needs usually pretty quickly. I've never had a problem with the people that work at this location. You can have direct deposits from your work and do all of your banking online if need be or you prefer it that way. And they offer other services as well.

The WORST customer service. Don't answer the phone. Don't call back. NOTHING. DO NOT BANK HERE.

Terrible service, the workers are rude, fake, and quite simply have poor ethics. They failed to recognized me as a repeat regular, and the teller that I cash my check with every single time I am there told me that she had never seen me before. (I have been coming here for over a year now.) As a result they did not cash my check due to an ID that was expired by 3 days. I recommend a credit union, or any other bank in the area for that matter. Never doing business here again, and I'd advise you to do the same.

They couldn't help me with my situation but the young man that did help me was very pleasant and did offer a potential solution to my problem. Everything worked out in the end.

Always always always busy. They shouldn't have closed the other branch. I have to drive all the way across town now to get money, it's ridiculous. Super slow and not very helpful. Definitely moving to another bank soon.

Been a member for over 25 years and ready to switch banks now. Customer service is just rude and don’t care about you one bit. I hate her voice every time I think about the interaction over the phone I had with her. Very matter a fact. I was being kind she was being just cold and callous. Never will I recommend Chase banking to anyone. EVER

Customer service is really bad tried for 3 months to get the mobile app fixed so I would not be kick out of there sight 10 times while paying my bills. Still isn't fixed. Ready to move my business else were

MUST READ!!! Honestly should allow negative stars. Very bad repeat experience. I've tried to deposit money into my sister's Chase Account twice. Driver's License has expired, but I have the paper copy from the Secretary of State stapled to the expired ID. The first time they said it must be a valid government issued photo ID. The paper copy does not suffice because it does not have a photo on it. I call corporate and they say that it is up to the Branch Managers discretion to make the decision. Second time around I realize that my Concealed Pistol License is a government issued photo ID. Well what do you know, they then tell me that my CPL is not acceptable because it is not a primary ID. So even though the same information is on my paper ID that is on my expired DL, the picture is the same picture on my DL, CPL and work badge I still was unable to deposit the money from my debit card to my sister's account.

I always look forward to seeing the tellers. They are always friendly to me and very helpful. I often choose to go inside rather than through the driveway because they brighten my day.

Today I Had the pleasure of working with personal banker Gloria LaLone . She provides great customer service and works hard for the customers of Chase bank. If you work with her she will she will work hard to help you.
