Chase Bank Calle Real, Goleta

Not sure if it is the government, but it Seems like chase just bringing more and more restrictions. Soon it will be impossible to work with them. Too bad since they are really have the best customers service.

My partner banks here so I opened a personal account and recently a business account as I’m starting a new company. The people here are very friendly and nice however the parking lot is a mess and they put the wrong mailing address on my new business account. My statements are now coming to the house instead of my business which is rather annoying! I called them to try to change the address but the phone at the branch will not ring and so I may have to go in person to change the mailing address.

What an absolute nightmare. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I wish I could give them negative stars and have the public vote to kick these frauds out of town.

I’ve been banking at this branch for many years and have always found the employees to be friendly and helpful. Most recently I had some questions and sat down with a banker named Laura who totally cleared things up for me. I highly recommend Chase bank and this Goleta branch in particular.

Various peers and associates recommended me this bank, therefore I’ve visited this location various amounts of times to open up an account. Yet every single time I’ve visited this location, customer service has been absolutely dreadful. It’s been so bad, that I’ve felt the need to write my first review EVER. If that doesn’t explain how bad it is, I don’t know what will. As well as this location making me come to the conclusion, that I will never in my life bank with Chase.

Another stressful time with Chase service. The banker advisor does not value my business by saying "there are another bank." Well, Of course, I surely do have account at another banks. In the past years, I had been treat unkind and unprofessional by your employees at Chase, yet I still gave out a second change to see some improvements; therefore, I still kept my accounts open at your brand...but Enough is enough. Today, You just lost one client for good. My account will be closed at Chase shortly.

Branch Manager Charisse was fantastic helping us (Elyse B.) out of a misunderstanding with the bank

Went to open a bank account, spoke to an account person and they refused to even see me because I didn’t have an ID. I had a permit, birth certificate, W2, tax returns, school transcripts, school IDs etc every document that could be used to verify my identification. The guy refused to even try to open an account and told me go online. Went online and got a message saying can’t make an account online have to go to a chase branch. Very rude customer service!!!!!!!

I was having a problem with one of my accounts, and the Chase corporate number wasn't helping. I came in to this location, and the lady I spoke to (Liz) was extremely friendly and helpful. She solved my problem immediately, and was very nice and fun to talk to. I will definitely come in here again!
