Chase Bank S Hwy, Mohave Valley

I've been to every Chase Bank in the area and this is by far the best experience I've had. I had a debit card that wasn't working still it hasn't been working for 2 months. I was finally able to deal with a bank teller who was able to help me, knew their stuff, and was polite and patient. Big thank you to the ladies at this branch for helping me out yesterday get my debit card set up correctly.

I would not put one star for this bank if I could! My father, an elderly, had his credit card fraudulently used without his permission for $1600 (A mechanic on Hwy 95 in Mohave Valley charged him $400 for repairs on his truck, but then withdrew another $1600 for himself, and my father has no help to get his money back!) He quickly informed this bank and was told "they'd take care of it" for him and he'd be reimbursed(fraud protection). A month or so passes and still no help, he goes back and talks to the bank manager, and was told not to worry, and again he'd be paid back, etc. Now three months later, going on four and still no resolution and he's out the money, Chase sent him a letter saying it's been too long and he should've reported the fraud sooner! Nobody will help him!!! Chase bank doesn't care about its customers, and when you call the 800 number, they barely speak English and they're hard to understand! Everyone should boycott this bank...and they need to care enough to help a poor old man! Shame on all of them!!! I need to inform the newspaper and news station! TM

I had an old account and owed some money. Chase worked with me on the cost and even let me reopen an account really easily. Very friendly staff.

Best bank I have ever worked with ! Tiara is amazing and Andrew is also an amazing manager! I only talk to those two cause I known them since coming here. They even have took the extra time to help my grandma who isn’t easy to get along with at all cause for one she’s German and for two she’s stubborn and thinks she always right. But man tiara and Andrew have so much patience and care so much for their customers! Thank you guys for always being amazing!
