Chase Bank Wildcat Blvd, Burlington

Chase is hands-down the worst financial institution I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with! We have banked with them for over 30 years and they have continually treated us like we are ‘less than.’ They’ve repeatedly turned us down for home and car loans. Our credit scores are over 800! When we’ve needed special services, they were rude and demeaning, often denying the services requested. I would gladly give less stars if that were an option. Be warned! Stay away from this bank!!!

I opened a high school checking account about 5 years ago with chase and never had a problem until now. Recently I tried to deposit a relatively large check into my account with chase. I know that it takes other banks up to ten days to clear a large check so I decided to open a chase sapphire account with chase since they told me that the expected date that I would get the check would be 4 days from the date I tried to deposit it. It passed those 4 days, I called, and for some reason another hold was placed on my check for an additional 7 days which is the longest I’ve seen a large check to clear. Now I will be missing rent, car payment, insurance payment, & surprise, ELECTRICITY! Thanks Chase for ruining my credit! If you have large checks, don’t go through chase.

My son moved recently to Burlington and opened an account at Chase Bank. The Bank's Branch in conveniently located, an they provide good service.

Never make the mistake of calling chase customer service for anything. The banker at this chase bank was extremely helpful and provided me the info I needed. Their customer service hotline isn't helpful at all. If you have any issues talk to the banker directly. I went in early morning and didn't wait long to speak to anyone. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Bank is ok but the drive through is horrible. The lanes are way to tight for minivan or suv, which can cause damage from the concrete barriers. You have to very careful in and out. The experience is not very customer friendly

banker doesn't have time to help can't cash a check for someone with an account over all lack of concern for customers after this I am closing my account and switching banks.
