Chase Bank W Streetsboro St, Hudson

2008 I met Karen-the manager at Hudson branch and her people. They helped me get my new company set up- new checking / savings and a business credit card with a good line of credit. I had no previous relationship with Chase bank - they understood me, they helped me, they advised me. 13 years later I have a thriving company and rely on Chase to still advise and assist me. They have really never let me down. Thank you! I would recommend anyone to open an account at Chase in Hudson.

their outdated atm scammed me while i was trying to deposit cash and they just told me to call the support number

Went to open a bank account for my kiddos, armed w/SS# and DOB for each. After waiting 20 minutes for a personal banker, she told me that I had to bring them in with me, and suggested I make an appointment first. I have to bring in my minor children to open a trust account for them? But you can't fight company policy. So after school got out I made an appointment and went back with my two reluctant kids, who would have much rather been playing with their friends. We sat down, and the first thing Adrian said was, "I need to see two forms of identification for each of your children." They're minors. They don't have ID. Nonetheless, Chase requires two forms of ID (original birth certificate, SS card, passport). They could have told me that when I called to make the appointment!! I left, frustrated, and walked across the parking lot to Key Bank. All that THEY require is that I have their SS# and DOB. Hooray! A bank with common sense! I sent my kids to McDonalds while I filled out the paperwork. Because I like to keep life simple and need to be able to transfer money from my account to my kids when they earn money, we will be transferring all of our accounts to Key Bank.
