Mike took the time to meet with us on a Saturday because of our work schedules. We were both first-time home buyers, and he spent about an hour going through all of the details of the process with us. He reviewed all the documentation with us so that we would understand what we were agreeing to, etc. He was diligent in getting required materials, knowledgeable about mortgage products available to us and flexible to fit our schedules as needed.
