Chase Bank Sepulveda Blvd, Mission Hills

A great bank to go if your in the area or live in the area. What I like about this bank location is that the ATM is indoor and not on the outside. When the bank is not open, you'll have to use your debit card to open the front door so you can use the ATM machine. When I went this morning, the bank was open so I just went inside to withdraw some cash. The staff are very friendly but just know that there only like 2-3 windows open now since they are promoting touchless transactions so you'll have to use the ATM. This bank is also located in a big plaza so finding parking is easy. I wore my mask inside and they have a security guard watching the entrance door to the bank.

Only go here if you have at least 1 hour of time. I spent 20 minutes waiting for a teller, which there was only 1working at the time. Then he sent me to a banker which I spent another 30 minutes waiting for. I got frustrated and left. This was at 1:45 p.m. so people shouldn't all be at lunch, I don't understand why they are so short-staffed. The manager finally came out after about 40 minutes of me waiting and he started calling people on the list, while the other two female bankers kept chatting away about their private lives. How can you even do that when you see 4 people waiting? I was surprised that the manager was defensive when people started complaining about waiting so long. Customer service with Chase has really gone downhill.

They are very nice here but most of the time I go here everyone is too busy tend to the customer(me) walking in for help. I have had to wait in lines with 1 teller and 6+ employees walking around pretending to be busy. Things haven't changed here..still the same long lines 2 tellers and a whole bunch of people popping their heads up from behind walls and doing nothing about it... when is Chase going to wake up??

When calling the branch imposible to have someone picking up the phone, if u need to do business in person good luck with the line, be prepared to spend some time standing.

Great customer service, yes the line can seem long but the tellers make sure that the line is moving fast

Access for wheelchairs also inside ATMs as well as inside bank teller.

This branch had workers with machinery and the tellers acting like they couldn't hear, went to 2 different tellers; if that wasn't bad enough then I guess the noise was effecting their counting too! The neighborhood is not what it was 26 years ago that's for sure!

This has to be one of the worst banks i have ever dealt with. Horrible, horrible customer service. They new accounts people have little knowledge of the products and account types. If you call customer service, you get someone who knows english as a second language and its so hard to understand them. Thank you God my Credit Unions, becuase this bank is -0- on the ranking scale.

They closed up all the windows and now we are stuck with only 2 cashiers sometimes 1! and the line gets ridiculous ur waiting there forever thinking of switching to wells fargo they have all the windows open all the time. stupid chase -_-

Allot of the people that are complaining are probably already walking in irritated . The staff is friendly and helpful . Everybody just likes everything handed to them .
