Chase Bank 39th Ave, Pleasant Prairie

I would give chase a zero if I could.... They rejected my 10000 doller it's income taxes without a 3 day review and lied to me twice saying the taxes would pay for the lil debt and send a cashier's check... Chase as a whole is trash and that's an understatement ..... I'd rather use any other back or banking service.... And this happened all in one day 🚮

Why do the people in the branch have jobs. They do nothing for you when you need help. They just stand around talking while people wait in line. Their system is in control and not even the branch manager has any power. Chase bank got bailed out by tax payer money but during a pandemic they do NOTHING to help customer who are struggling. You just lost a customer not that you care. Go F **k yourselves

I would give them ZERO stars but it’s not an option. So I come here from the other chase in Kenosha because they were busy. So I came here and waited in line for a good 25 minutes. I get up to the counter for the rude lady with the glasses to tell me she already has a bunch of customers waiting to open accounts. Horrible customer service. I will never come here again. And i don’t even think I wanna open an account with chase now... you HAVE to make an APPOINTMENT, unless you wanna wait 25 minutes for nothing. So make sure you make that appointment!!!! Whooooooo!

When buying our first home, the loan officer LIED LIED LIED!!! Now five years later, it's will cost us thousands, and Chase has been extremely unhelpful. I would not recommend getting a loan from them. It doesn't matter if you ask all the right questions and do all the homework, because they lie about the answers. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Full, personal service as opposed to the Chase branch in Waukegan. Loved it.

Full service branch with all the amenities of a big bank. Great staff from tellers to officers, always helpful and willing to answer questions and do what they can to assist clients. I have been using this branch for over 10 years and seeing the same personnel over the years gives a sense of continuity because one gets to know the people. Always fresh coffee, too. Wonderfully personal service from a big bank that has only gotten better over time.

I been with chase for many years now , and I have always trusted and been a loyal costumer. I've never encounter a problem with them until last week that I redeem some of my points from my freedom credit card and right after the cashback was posted in my account Chase took it back without any permission. The main reason that I their credit card is to get cash-back rewards and for them to just take it without any explanation or any reason which I've been doing this for a long period of time and I'm aware of how it works really upset me. Calling the customer service department didn't help. I'm still waiting for a follow up call. Really disappointed

Poor services call waiting like 30 minutes still no answer. Very bad still waiting for representatives after 45 minutes and no answer
