Chase Bank A St, Auburn

Joel has been great to work with time and time again! He is always able to find the answer to any problems that may occur. The bank tellers are very knowledgeable and are able to assist with so much. This is definitely my favorite Chase branch.

Liliia Yavorska was great! She helped me open up an account with Chase. Highly recommend!

Extremely nice and professional. In two years I think the only bad thing is bank workers are trying there hardest to keep the place clean but everyone keeps throwing there receipts on the ground at the ATM. Wish people would learn to press the "no" button instead of wasting paper?

I cashed a check and told the teller how I wanted my money, and what she gave me was not even close to what I asked for. I told her again, so she shuffled bills a bit, but still didn't give me what I asked for. I finally just took what she gave me, it was kind of a lot of money and I didn't want to keep repeating myself and let everyone in the bank know I was walking out with a pile of cash. Very unhappy with this bank visit.

If the tax return check went to you before that guy went to pick it up he had $600 in late fees off of his bank account your bank issues the man his tax return minus the difference that he owed you and you guys proceeded to put that man in jail. He gave you his check card is ID and you had a federal government issued check for $8,000 I just don't understand how you f*** that up and put an innocent man in jail. I heard a racism but I think this is taking a little too far.

Best for publicity to not ARREST people who try to use your bank and have accounts there. Judging by the reviews you obviously haven’t done a change of staff or new training to anyone since that endeavor. Even though I’m white would I have been a ale to cash that check? Or would you have called the cops on me for forgery?

The worst bank and customer service I’ve ever seen. Lots of crazy questions and policies for just openning an acount; you feel like they wanna get you approved for a loan. They always look for an excuse to refuse the service.

Very poor costumer service,( Igor)i just want to update my account, i bring my WA driver license and chase debit card, but he still asking more identification like passport , green card, which is weird been with this bank 20 yrs.

I'm very suprised of how well they know their customers. Ive been to several banks but never have I feel so welcome here 😊
