Great customer service from Inette at Way Scarff Ford. She was friendly, personable, and best of all, not pushy. I went in to look at a vehicle, really only intending to test drive it, however, it ended up being exactly what I wanted. We ran numbers, no pressure. Where to start? It was such an easy purchase of a vehicle it was almost like a handshake deal with a friend! The salesman Dino was great and down to earth. I had called the day before about a vehicle I saw online, he offered to place a viewer hold on it for me. I went up and looked over the vehicle, we took it for a test drive and of course it was a great deal so had to drive it home. Dino offered us no pushy salesman pitches, no time wasting talk about "let me go talk to a manager and see what we can do", no hassles at all, it was a great experience and we will defiantly return to Way Scarff Ford Dealership for new vehicles and service on our new and existing as well. He offered us the keys to test it out and let us make our own decisions on it. He answered our questions with expert knowledge.

I really wanted to give a good review, especially since they really felt welcoming at the beginning. But the lack of follow up and communication really ruined my family trip. This was to be our first family trip in 7 years and it didn't happen because of this dealership lack to follow up. I been calling this place for the over a month but nobody was returning my calls, supposedly someone was supposed to call me after my first service to let me know what needed to be done. For almost 2 months later where I waited and I constantly called, I now find myself with a misfiring engine and cancelling my trip. It really feels disappointing. The worse part is, I actually came in a few times and I was told by their mechanic it's okay to drive with a misfiring engine. I went to a different mechanic for a second opinion and they told me that being told that would damage my catalytic converter which would cost over a thousand to repair? Was this on purpose to be told it's safe to drive with a misfiring engine? I lost all trust in Ford dealerships, great car, but horrible, misinforming service. Learned my lesson.

Mark Emery took good care of me. Especially since my last vehicle purchase (not at Scarff) went badly. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. His team made sure I was happy with my purchase. And I am!

I asked them to please check my left back tire twice, once when I made the appointment and a second time when I brought the car in. I suspected a hole because the tire pressure was low. They assured me they would check. They did not in fact check my tire, just filled it up with some air which caused me a false sense of security because I thought my tire was fine and chose to drive my car. There was in fact a hole that they completely ignored along with my requests. They must not value their customers.

Dishonest. Took truck there to get diagnosed for weird engine sound. They said it’s fine, I told them exactly what to look for - still they said it’s fine. I took to another ford dealer and they knew exactly what it was. I’m guessing since it was a warranty job they didn’t want to do it. So don’t buy your car here because they won’t want to do your warranty work.

A very good experience. No pressure, easy going. Prices were very straight forward (as listed), they worked with our trade in. Didn't add it a bunch of undiscussed service fees. Pitor (Peter) went over and above by following us back to our home after work hours to complete paperwork (that we had forgot at home.) Happy with the service warranty/road side assist offered on the used but newer cars, lots of peace of mind built into that.

Waited 2 weeks for appt. to have driver's side door re-keyed and to look at side door of my ambulance that occasionally sticks and hard to open. Charged me $85.00 for driver's side door and $85.00 to look at my side door and nothing was done except to tell me that they would have to take door panel and window assembly off (so couldn't do it) Nothing done on my side door either saying they would have to take the panels off so they couldn't do it. Total of $170.00 charged to me for them doing absolutely nothing. This isn't the same Scarff Ford I remember from years ago. If you want to give away your money I highly recommend them.

I went to 3 different dealerships trying to find the "right" one to place my F-150 Tremor order. Way Scarff Ford while the last ended up being the BEST! The others were Sunset Ford of Sumner & Korum Ford of Puyallup (I do not recommend Puyallup at all). While Way Scarff Ford is in Auburn and I know it's not one of the nicest areas, the dealership itself had a cozy atmosphere and people were FRIENDLY. From the older blonde gal (sorry I did not get your name) to Jamar'ee Lewis (my sales consultant) being able & willing to walk me through the lot to see certain options I may want as well as answering all my questions. Also like to give Ray Kraai (sales manager) a shout out for being informative & diligent about working through my order. Out of all my dealership experiences Way Scarff is the only one that treated me like a customer and wanted my business. This is coming from someone who's never owned a Ford. God bless you guys!

If you go see Guled at Scarff, you’ll get someone who actually wants to set you up in the right vehicle and is willing to earn your business. When you go, make sure you tell them I sent you so when you get an amazing deal on your car, Ray, the sales manager knows is was because of me. P.S. my life goal is to ride horses with Shelly from the finance office. If you don’t know Shelly yet, don’t worry, you’ll meet her and you’ll be forever greatful. I want to first start off by saying I had drove by the car I was watching for about 1 1/2 months through the snow and rain we’ve had I was not going down there and was crossing my fingers it was still there! During that time I had been in communication with Francisco the sales person letting him know what my trade would be and what I wanted to do and I am always Brutally honest I don’t want to waste my time nor his! Since my experiences have been less than stellar with other dealerships. After the rain and snow had past to a point that driving again was possible I made and appointment with Francisco to finally view the car and drive it, fell in love with it and said ok if you can make the numbers work with financing then we got a deal, he came back and the numbers not only worked but my current payment and my new payment I had a $100 less a month to pay and that made me happy. I said ok I don’t want to sit here all day for paperwork and the process because in the past it would take hours and I said I am not sitting here for all that time, he said it won’t give them 30-45 min I said ok I will get my kid from school and come back. When I returned I went straight to financing and worked with there amazing financing department he had me in and out in 30 minutes talk about amazing!! So overall experience with Francisco and financing was a 10 out of 10, not pushy did not try to make something that wasn’t! It was one of the best experiences I have had and I thank you Francisco and financing along with everyone at the dealership for showing me how it should have been done over the years of my past experiences. I had a great experience purchasing at Way Scarff Ford. I worked with Robert on buying a used 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee trail hawk. Not only did I get a fair trade for my truck compared to other dealerships but Robert was respectful. Way Scarff has the best inventory around (we drove almost 2 hours to check them out). Shopping for a diesel truck in this market was really difficult but they actually had multiple to choose from and fortunately had exactly what we were looking for. We bought a used suv from this place out of state. When you buy it that way they estimate the tax and fees. What we didn't know when they did that was whoever calculates the tax is waaay off. Like $1400+ off that we have to pay now. Why wouldn't you calculate over just in case so this doesn't happen? The thing about it too was when we called to ask about it they were all the sudden not nice like when we bought the vehicle. They basically said go screw yourself. Just another shady dealership. Never again!

The Frontline customer service is excellent. Both the receptionist and the salesman were helpful without being pushy. The finance person did not come across as well, however. He did not know the answers to my questions and constantly had to call back in the salesman. The detail department is lazy - I left my car for a week because I couldn't pick it up until then and I asked that the huge clumps of dirt be removed (clean the undercarriage) before I came back. They didn't do it! I found more clumps and the salesman had to do the cleaning himself. Super disappointed in the detail department.

All the people at Way scarf is very friendly and I was happy with the truck that I got until three weeks later after purchase it broke down it went into limp mode and I can’t even drive it. It didn’t even give me a warning it just went straight into limp mode and then would not let me drive it at all so I had to pay $275 to have it towed to a dealership to be looked at on top of my down payment that I already paid and my payments that are coming.. They were supposed to check all their vehicles to make sure that they are working properly. I would not buy from here again
