Very friendly staff and I could get my task done in a perfect way.

I have two business banking accounts here. I just set them up a few months ago and I can confidently say this is the worst bank I have worked with. They were great during my signup process and loved to talk craps about Bank of America 😂😂 I’ll be going back to Boa unfortunately. There is never anyone in the store location that will take credit for being h supervisor. All 5 times Iv had to drive their this month they have said “our supervisor is actually out today.”

Should have just done everything online. The staff here is apparently incompetent.

Staff here needs a lot of training. Visited on a non busy Monday to open up a security deposit account. Was met with a confused look and was approached by another rep. This rep was explained what was needed but explained i needed to schedule an appointment to open this type of account?! My documents were reviewed at that time, but no additional mention as to what would be needed. Needless to say I came back with all necessary paperwork that I was told to bring... and guess what? It wasn't enough to open the account and Andrew couldn't tell me what additional info I needed and just kept saying I'll have to check on that. I've never really had a problem with chase until this point. Really disappointing experience that left a bad taste in my mouth about the company as a whole. Do better by your loyal customers.

Very helpful and professional staff. One of the best in the business.
