Chase Bank Columbus Pike, Lewis Center

The ATMs at this location, are the worst ATMs in the country. Probably 90% of the time, they are out of order and won't provide cash. Fix these immediately, please.

I highly recommend not using the ATMs at this branch. They will freeze up and keep your cards. And you will have no choice but to leave if the bank is not open. And then they will have to order you a new card which will take at least two business days to come if they are willing to rush it for you. I would’ve given one star but at least the branch manager was somewhat understanding. He did However admit that this is a very common problem. So again I highly suggest never using these ATMs. I guess this happens a lot.

Unbelievable! Extremely disappointed with your system of speaking with a banker. I walked in the building, spoke with a teller (He was an exception to this review), then sat in the seats to speak to someone. A mother and her son came in the building AFTER me, sat down in the seats AFTER me, and the banker pulled them back BEFORE me after a separate teller said they were there first. I never write reviews and usually don't mind waiting but this was ridiculous.

It's just like any other Chase Bank for the most part. It is a little odd that you have to walk to the far back left of the office to do deposits. It would be nicer and more professional to do them up in the center where the two kiosks are.

Much better place than the one on Polaris Parkway. As soon as I walked in I was acknowledged and helped. Great job!

This is the only Chase branch/ATM that I have ever used that does not print receipts. We have used it multiple times months apart and it never prints them. How am I supposed to trust that my cash is deposited correctly if I do not have a paper trail? Please start maintaining the machines more often so receipts print.

So very helpful! I was helped by a tall darker guy right when I walked in on Saturday . (I wish I remembered his name !) I was having major issues with the branch in Pickerington and he solved them. Was out of there in a matter of minutes , and he was even apologetic about my bad experience at the last branch.

Sat in the drive through for 25 minutes! Only 2 cars in front of us. Called the branch while in line. Asked them why they didn’t have more employees to help since the lobby is closed. Lady said so sorry but no more help was added. Bad service.

One of the best Chase locations I have ever been to. Sam and Sarah were extremely friendly and helpful!

Very rude staffs. Unwilling to help. You call them and they treated you like you bothered them so much. No service mind at all. I am customer since 2000 and I got treated so badly I am considering moving all my accounts elsewhere. Very upset.
