Friendly, warm, welcoming team at this location. Very nice to have Real People helping me instead of a computer. Stephen and Jake have been great at the teller window. Both have been very helpful and make doing business a breeze. I appreciate being able to walk in, get what I need done quickly, and get on with my day. Excellent COVID Precautions. Safe. Free parking. Bus stops at several spots close by, very walkable location with lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, and even a library.

As explained by Jake the teller, it’s expected to have two forms of photo ID if one does not have an account and is trying to cash a large check. None of the options of acceptable ID are available to us: a printed copy of a utility bill (paperless billing not accepted), passport, debit card. Not everyone is fortunate enough to have those items or a printer (libraries are closed because of COVID). We asked repeatedly if a Social Security Card, birth certificate, or digital copy of a utility bill would work. Looking for a solution to cash a paycheck, time ticks away, hunger begins to set in, and the options are looking bleak. Instead of offering to make us a bank account with Chase and join their family, both the manager and Jake the teller chose to tell us they were sorry and could not help us. Apparently, we are not the type of people welcome at Chase bank. Chase bank discriminates against the environmentally friendly and those less privileged.

What I like about Chase is the following: 1. They provide free business and personal checking account to veterans and those on active duty. I know because I have both. 2. You can download two years of checking or savings transactions for free into QuickBooks or Quicken. Something that my clients who I set up, review, and train in those accounting and bookkeeping software appreciate. 3. They offer a variety of credit cards for everyone. I like earning 5% cash back in different categories each quarter like gas, groceries, Amazon, and wholesale clubs on my Chase Freedom card. 4. Unlike other banks, they are usually open real hours of 9-6 M-F and 10-2 on Saturday. 5. Their website is always working. 6. Zelle payment is easy to send and receive money with. Better than PayPalless. The only downside is that credit cards can be downloaded in both programs and Excel for three statements plus the current transactions or 120 days. American Express for example can go back as far as 15-18 months. If you are one of my clients that wants to start a file in the middle of the year, that doesn’t work. They need to let folks download credit cards for the same amount of time as the banking side. I have never had a problem finding parking in their lot.

This branch took legal documents from me and said they would fax them to the main office. They didn't do so and caused me a big headache and big delays.

Great customer service. I went in twice last month and the employees helped me promptly.

Chase mailed me some docs last May and I stopped by the local bank. Bankers wrote down my phone # , but never gave me a call back. As a result, Chase withheld my income tax. Chase wouldn’t refund me and asks me to claim it while filling tax. I have same accounts at other banks, but they never withhold any interests/income tax.

If you need a banker don't bother coming to this branch, they never have one available and will tell you to make an appointment and come back another day. The thing is, there is no confirmation of the appointment and when you come back at that day/time there is no record of it and they will tell you to do it all over again.

Went into the branch, it was a ghost town except for one teller. A phone was ringing somewhere in the background. Was hoping to open a new account, was told I'd have to come back in 2 hours.

I have never been here but mail my banking from San Diego. The bank clerks in Seattle seem to have fewer problems for some reason.
