The team at Olympic Jewelry were friendly and helpful, and able to clean my ring back to it’a former glory. So thankful to their speedy and thorough service, I would definitely recommend!

Bought my engagement ring at Olympic Jewelry and I couldn't be happier about my choice. Everyone was beyond helpful, informative and patient with me as we went through the myriad aspects of finding the perfect one. Joanna and Giselle were incredible from the initial walk-in to the final fitting (which we couldn't be happier with). The ring came with all the necessary certificates and literature and I'm confident in its value and quality. I would absolutely shop there again, particularly for antique Jewlery with an emphasis on Art Deco, although they have stellar newer designs as well. Can't recommend Olympic Jewelry enough!

Hands down the best vintage jeweler in Seattle! I’ve become obsessed with vintage jewelry and they have the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff. One day I walked in and just wanted to learn more about all the different periods in jewelry history and a sales associate walked me through their pieces and basic information. Then recently I got a promotion at work and wanted to treat myself - I came in and saw Michael and found the ring (the right hand power ring). He helped me pick out the perfect one and they resized it to fit my finger. I came back to pick it up and the final touches made a difference. They gave me the ring box, cleaner, and sent a nice follow up email to enjoy the new heirloom. Thank you so much for being a great neighborhood vintage jeweler. I’ll be coming back :-)

I took in my necklace here to have the chain repaired. I was given back a totally different chain (significantly longer, with the 14k original stamp pendant very obviously cut off and reattached). When I enquired about this I was called a liar. I wasn’t asking for anything except the truth, if something had happened to my original chain I would have just liked to know. Since then I have taken the new chain to a few other jewelers who have informed me that the chain is likely not 14k gold. Through and through the most horrible experience at Olympic Jewelry. I was called a liar, humiliated and deceived.

I have been a recurring customer of Olympic Jewelers for the past 10 years. I could not be more thrilled with the service and knowledge Olympic brings to the table! Anytime I am looking to buy, Michael is the first person I contact with what I am looking for! Michael has always gone out of his way to source watches/other items he does not normally stock in store which is really going above and beyond for his clientele. The 2 most memorable pieces I have purchased have been men’s diamond rings (pictures at bottom) – Michael educated me on how to properly size your rings (I like my rings a little more on the tight size which means I would not have been able to wear it in the summer months when it is warmer and you fingers swell slightly) and designed them custom 1 of a kind with me in mind. I was so pleased with the result after purchasing my first ring that I had him design and build the second one as a surprise – the only specifications I gave to him was to use 3x half carat stones, a timeframe and budget to stay within, and wow did he deliver something out of this world! The white gold ring with such a high mount looked so great I can use it as a casual daily ring or even as a wedding ring when the time comes. I have gotten numerous compliments on both rings and always guide people Michael’s way. Growing up as a 5th generation Jeweler, Michael has experience/knowledge well beyond his years and has an extreme eye for detail and class pieces. He often goes out of his way to ask how I still like my pieces and if I need any repairs/polishing done and this is a nice personal touch – he appreciates and values his customers and has the best in customer service. If you are looking for rings, necklaces, tennis bracelets, earrings, etc then Michael and Olympic Jewlers are really your only choice in the greater Seattle area! I wanted to buy a ring for myself as a birthday gift, and I wandered into Olympic Jewelry since I live in the Fremont area. Oh. My. Gosh. I am typically very picky about jewelry, but absolutely everything in this store was GORGEOUS! They definitely have a very carefully curated selection of a wide variety of pieces that are all optimal for their categories. Kyla and another woman were very helpful and knowledgeable and showed me a lot of rings. They are also a family-owned business that really cares about their customers, and they are very ethical and use a lot of recycled gems and metals for their pieces, which I also love. I ended up falling in love with a light blue sapphire ring, and I left it with them to get resized. When I went to pick it up, Kyla seemed just as excited as I was! :) I have been wearing the ring constantly since then and have already been getting compliments on it... such a striking piece! If you are looking for unique jewelry that is conversation-worthy, definitely give Olympic a try! I will definitely go here for my next jewelry piece!

Used Olympic Jewelry for the first time. Also, my first time reviewing something. The store, staff & honestly were all a great experience. One doesn't always get what one hopes. Even doing research prior, reality is what it is. They were completely Covid safe, space between people, mask's and hand sanitizers. They saw my situation, they are fixing some old and significantly important pieces for me & I can't wait to see them. I would highly recommend the shop if buying and selling. The only down side is finding parking. But, that is what one would expect parking in the Fremont area.

Olympic Jewelry has great customer service and a lovely collection. After lots of searching at different stores Jizel helped us find the perfect vintage ring for my engagement ring, but I wasn’t a fan of the pink stone inside. So they brought in samples of emeralds and sapphires for us to see. We chose a sapphire and they swapped the stones out. It turned out gorgeous! After a year my ring got a bit damaged and they fixed it for free. We’ll be back to buy my finances ring!

Olympic Jewelry is a small, family-owned business in Fremont. I had a long pearl necklace that needed repair. While visiting Seattle, I requested a quote on Yelp; this request went to various jewelry stores around the Seattle area. First of all, Olympic Jewelry was the *only* jeweler that even replied, so big points there. The next day I happened to walk by a jewelry store in my neighborhood -- they gave me the same estimate in person, and I didn't even realize it was the same place until later. I brought the necklace in, everyone that I interacted with was very friendly and knowledgeable. After a brief inspection, they told me exactly how they would fix it and how long it would take. A couple days *before* the expected finish time, they called to tell me it was ready! Olympic Jewelry did a beautiful job, and at a reasonable price. I would definitely call them first for any future jewelry repair, or if I ever decide to buy new pieces. Thank you!

I was looking for a ring to go with my specific size diamond and didn't think that I would have much luck....but what I found from Michael's selection at Olympic was exactly what I had in mind but didn't think I'd get. Not only that but they understood that I wanted to feel good about the value of my purchase and really worked with me the best they could on the price. The best thing you can do for good folks like this is share the word and visit every now and again. That's how I got some of the best pieces I own.....just browsing at the right time. I brought in an antique ring to have the band fixed. The staff was very friendly and thorough when discussing how I envisioned the end result. I'm very happy with the overall experience. I also thought the cost was reasonable.

Update 2/22: As promised, I did return to Olympic Jewelry for another cameo purchase. I wanted to turn this particular cameo brooch into a wearable pendant. I know working on antique pieces can be tricky, and I was a bit concerned with the way it would turn out. Both Michael and Jizel assured me the hidden bale their goldsmith was adding would be absolutely perfect, and no harm to the cameo would be done. They were also very informative and messaged me updates throughout the entire process. Now that I have the piece back I am completely in awe! Not only does the added hidden bale look incredible, but the quality of craftsmanship is impeccably immaculate! All in all, this entire experience completely exceeded my expectations! This ring was my Mother's and has been in my drawer for several years, missing a single diamond from the middle of the band that went missing in the garden one year. I took the ring in with a single gold band with 5 diamonds that I had and talked to Michael at Olympic about this project. He suggested adding all 5, not just 1, and doing a channel set to keep the contemporary style of the ring while giving it a bigger bling. Why not use those 5 diamonds? They were also unworn. Re-purposing one ring and updating a beloved ring was so much fun to do! I couldn't be happier to have this on my hand and enjoy it so much already! I always find it enjoyable to visit in the store with the staff at Olympic and encourage you to visit not just for their terrific inventory and estate pieces, but for the custom work they can envision with you.

Jizel was wonderful to work with!! I repaired multiple pieces, had a new piece made, and purchased a lovely ring. All the staff were helpful, enthusiastic and courteous. The pieces are great quality and the repairs were completed within 2 weeks!

I was recently gifted some jewelry and was looking to sell so I took it to Olympic Jewelry since I had read some good reviews online. It was a pretty quick process. I had my rings and bracelet evaluated, that only took a few minutes. After I was made an offer for everything which honestly wasn’t as much as I had expected but I was told the situation of their value and it sounded pretty clear we were being given a good offer. I was able to walk out with a check. Whole process only took maybe thirty minutes. I’d say it was a good experience and I may shop for jewelry there in the future once it’s time for engagement plans.

This is a long-standing family jewelry business that just recently moved into a Fremont storefront from downtown. I bought my wife's engagement ring from them, then our wedding bands, then an anniversary band! (Along with lots of maintenance and adjustments for other jewelry including some vintage pieces.) You will be hard pressed to find more knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful owners who aren't out to take you for a ride like the big chains always seem to do. It's also worth noting that while they have some nice stock in the store, all of my purchases were custom orders. So don't be shy, if you aren't seeing exactly what you want (or don't know what you want) tell them! I started off with a much different idea for the style engagement ring I was going to buy, and they steered me in a (drastically) better direction that both my wife and I will appreciate for a long time to come.

Unable to authenticate an already authenticated Rolex watch for a loan after they had communicated an amount and had us sign paperwork. Essentially a waste of time for us to attempt business with. Wouldn't recommend involving yourself in if you own a Rolex. Because the shop attendant didn't know what she was doing. Despite the response, the receipt was from a certified rolex watch repairman. They are essentially claiming that my watch is 100% inauthentic without in person inspection, without doing one or taking the one we had done. So either the certified repairman fraudulently charged me, or this business is claiming they are.

I spent over a year and a half trying to find the right ring. I kept going the route of direct to consumer shops and was having a terrible time. I just so happen to be in Fremont one morning and I stumbled into the most perfect Jewelry store. Olympic is the way to go for quality rings and top notch service. Michael and Kyla are such a resource and guided me every step of the way. They showed me rings based on my price range and what I ended up purchasing was so unique and unlike anything that I'd saw online. My Fiancee is extremely happy and I don't know if I could go anywhere else now.

My fiancee and I got her engagement ring at Olympic and we could not be happier with our choice! They had a beautiful collection of vintage rings to choose from, and were very helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process!

The customer service was terrible, and the website lies. I went in for an appraisal for some watches, and the clerk barely glanced at what I brought before saying they were uninterested. On the website, they talk about how they buy and sell all kinds of watches, from casual to Rolex. However, when I brought in some watches (all around ~$200 value), the reaction was an almost immediate dismissal. When I asked what kind of watch they would buy (if any), the clerk said that they only buy Rolexes or similar items. And even after saying they didn’t want anything, they wouldn’t even do the appraisal that I scheduled. All in all, a very disappointing affair

This was my first visit to Olympic Jewelry and I couldn't have been more impressed. The fact that they are located in the heart of funky and fabulous Fremont is a huge bonus. I was immediately welcomed with a genuine smile and a polite 'How may I help you', which doesn't happen very often anymore. I was selling some sterling flatware and I did some research on so I had an idea of the value. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered me a price that was very fair. I also looked at a gorgeous vintage necklace and it was priced incredibly well. So, if you are looking for a family owned jewelry store where the employees are polite, knowledgeable, and demonstrate integrity, you will love this place!
