They don't want to pay out my money and giving bogus reasons. Then, they even lock my account for no reason. Is it safe to keep money in the bank? They don't have money because they invest it? I had to go to another branch and they fixed it there. However, I know the management and supervisors somewhere in the main branch on the other side of the phone line were the culprit.

Bring my little girl to change coins to bills, the teller refused to do it. Say we will hold up a line that doesn't exist.

I’d give negative 5 if I could. I went to the branch twice and asked them to close my business checking and credit card accounts. They confirmed that they closed the accounts and a few months later I got the bill all racked up from overdue bills from $3 left over which I was told they made the payment from my checking account before closing.

I don't like that they reduced their hours to close at 4 or 5. At least some locations should close at 6.

Steven Lo stationed at the entrance today was absolutely professional and incredible! I came in with a situation at hand that I didn't know to deal with and explained it to Steven, he was extremely helpful and let me know how to handle it. Also the tellers were very friendly as well! Definitely will come again, thank you guys again for the great experience!

I used this bank for a yeah and switched to Wells Fargo and I'm way happier. Just remembering how bad this place is. There's about ten people in line and almost ten people working in the main room but only one register is open. I just walked into Wells Fargo got a money order and walked out. And I always have to stand and wait at chase.

I requested a new card last month here, and didn’t receive it, when I checked with another staff today, she told me the card was not sent out. I think stuff should be more patient, careful, and competent. The stuff who is patient really helps me a lot, although I experienced the inconvenience.

its been my bank for many long years.The tellers and bankers are gracious courteous and helpful.Love it there!!!!!!
