Bank of America Financial Center S Baldwin Ave, Arcadia

5 windows only one teller, at the busy time of the day, line are all the way outside the bank, waiting for almost a hour… why this location still open if their no body willing to working at the windows

This branch is a joke. I understand they might be short staffed but I just need to close my account. I had an appointment at 2pm and still waiting 1 hour and still couldn’t resolve my issue. How complicated is it to just close the account.

I have no idea how training goes but the woman who works here and picks up the phone for RELATED BANK QUESTIONS is extremely incompetent. They are slow to answer with “I don’t know” but very quick to transfer you to the wrong department. I am extremely disappointed in this branch location and their training since I never had an experience like this in banking with BOA for 30 years.

Bank of America is the worst. They don't care about you no matter how long you've been a customer. The workers at the Arcadia branch are unsympathetic, impatient, and unfriendly. I had to switch my bank. I am glad that I made that change. I will never do business with this horrible financial institution again.

I am bank of America's customer since 1992, visited many branches, they are all good. The one in west Arcadia is very bad. I requested a check yesterday, they issued the check right the way, and the check was in manager's hand for more one hours. It was not busy, manager walked around really slowly, when I ask if my check is ready, was told just wait three times. At that point i asked to get my ID back and cancel and check process. Finally He gave me the check. I told him that I will gave a review base on his service. Because it doesn't represent other Bank of America branches. Now I saw other customers review here, which no suprising. Hope the company can do something about it. Higley recommends to bank at other branches, not west Arcadia.

In the morning of 10-18-2021, I waited outside the branch before it opened. At 9:00 am, I was the first one to enter the branch when it opened. The associate at the front desk asked me how she could help me. I said I needed wire transfer. She guided me to sit in the second office on the left. After a while, an Asian man came in and said still waiting for computer logging in. He came back and forth the office a few times. After approximately 15 minutes, he came to me and said the person having an appointment with him just arrived. He asked me to leave the office right away and let the person with appointment come in. I stared at him and did not say anything. Then I left the branch. I don't know he Asian man's name but I remember he has earring on his left ear. He was so rude to the customer. I came in first and had waited 15 minutes, but ended up being asked to leave right away. I wrote a review via Bank of America survey. An associate called Linda L. left me a voice message. I returned call on 10-19 and 10-20 but she did not call me back. The service at this branch is poor. I will not visit this branch again.

My money was stolen from the ATM without someone having my card at this location… this location address was provided on my statement

Amazing that BofA would leave this location open after closing down the other 5 locations. This is the worst bank and the people there pretend to look busy but have time to walk around looking busy..if you live in this San Gabriel valley do not use BofA so many other banks in this area who know what customer services means.

This banking center has serious customer service issues. Some of the tellers have no name tags when working behind the bulletproof windows. And, they just want to clear the line and don’t care what you are doing there. Mine kept telling me to enter pin while I was swiping my card. I also overheard an argument. An old Chinese man was seeking for help but no one working there seemed to bother. He then raised his voice a little, telling he has been banking with boa since 1995. When staff realized that everyone was turning attention to what he was saying a few employees quickly approached him, including a short haired lady who seemed to be a manager there. They just listened with their cold stiff face on as if it was not their problem. At one moment I felt like I need to breathe because the atmosphere there was so unfriendly. I fled the scene. I have been living in the area and using this banking center for almost 4 years. It used to beat the Wells Fargo next door in terms of customer service. Everyone seemed friendly and would approach to offer assistance if they see you standing there. Now no more.

I don't understand why so many negative reviews about this location, I have been visiting this branch many times and I noticed that most of bankers here are very friendly, including their tellers. They always have someone to check if you have your deposit slips ready in order to faster everyone's transaction or offer you other alternatives when there is a line. I love this location, and will continue to use bank of america as my primary choice.
