Went there to resolve a serious problem with my 81 year old mother. Waited in the lobby for 15 minutes. I had to finally get up and ask someone for help. Once we spoke he said we needed an appointment and assured someone would call me back to set something up. Never happened. I explained that I was visiting for 2 days and needed immediate assistance. I eventually got an appointment with a nearby branch with much better customer care.

Jamie is the worst banker you may ever encounter. She has zero customer service skills. It's awful when banks are desperate to hire just any incompetent workers then sadly not provide them with proper training.

Chase Bank is a dysfunctional bank. Their attitude is “don’t bother me”. The banker stood in the doorway to block entry. He said I must go online to apply for an SBA Loan. He was not the least bit interested in doing anything for me other then to block our entry. He was adamant about blocking out entry. Not the least but friendly either. I did go online. The website is broken. It stops working just as you confirm your business account. Then says to start over. As a new business account holder I am disappointed with this kind of service. Honestly thinking of closing my account after only four weeks with your bank.

Bad initial experience, but the branch manager did call me promptly to listen to my concerns.

I absolutely disgusted by this bank's level of customer service. The phone representatives as well as the online secure message center are just as bad. Closing this account as soon as possible.

Visited to open an account★ last week and a PR named Daniel assisted me for a good few hours ☺️. Listen folks that online review on Google about you can open an account without SS is not true you have to have a itin number other than that to open one.

When I open a deposit box I had an appointment and was not seen until as the last person. I was pass over by even people who had no appointment. The second time I made and appt. the same girl "Lil" told me no appointment necessary. Anyone need things done I recommend you go directly to Stephanie.. She was able to held me twice. First to get in my old deposit box at another place and the second was to help me add another person to get access, plus get into the box.

6 employees. 1 notary . Waited over 20 minutes, then skipped . Worked for this company for a number of years and had accounts for over 16 years. Seriously considering taking everything out of this bank . Worst experience ever .

This is the absolute worst Chase branch I have ever been to. For the third weekend in a row they only had one banker working and a line out the door. When I expressed my concern the manager and told me that “there’s nothing I can do, it’s not my fault my staff called in sick three weeks in a row”. I have been a Chase customer for 10+ years and never had a problem. Do whatever you can to avoid this branch.

Horrible experience I came in too open a business savings account and I’m highly disappointed. First Patricio Needs to was stop wasting peoples time and stay focused on the customers need. I’ve been a customer for years worse branch...
