Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) S Military Trl, Boynton Beach

If I could give them a zero I would! Worst bank ever, worst customer service I have ever encountered at any establishment. I went into the bank today with my wife to ironically close the account because my wife is tired of the rude unprofessional attitudes at any location of Bank of America but this one is absolutely the worst ever. They helped someone before me and then when I asked about it the two women that work in there got an attitude with me. I was not even greeted when I walked into the bank. They were very rude and very up noxious and engaged me in a screaming match in the middle of the bank which was extremely embarrassing and uncalled for, all I asked for was her name and the woman's name that said she would help us but helped someone else instead that came after us. I intend to take this to the corporate level but as for now I will just give them the 1 rating that they deserve

Right now, the branch on Military Trail has been “Temporarily Closed” for over well over six months. This has caused a great impact on the neighborhood which has a great deal of seniors living in the area. Phone calls to the bank offer no information on the future of this institution.

I went to the bank today to get a cashiers check (something we pay a $10 service fee for) I was singled out, pulled from the line and made to wait had to fill out a form with vague instructions which was the tellers job then I was asked to return to the line behind 7 new people who had come in after me. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS BRANCH. They are always a hot mess.

Refuses to answer the phone! how can a banking center receive 4 back to back calls doing business working hours and yet does not answer? RIDICULOUS!!

This is the worst bank there is specially the assistant manager that is Spanish and the manager they need to work as a manager and know their rules I'll void this bank

Horrible!! This bank has grown too big and could care less about their customers. My debit card has been turned off 3 times now. I spent over an hour waiting for a rep 3 times in a row last week. The reps were very nice and tried to help. The final straw is being at a restaurant and my credit card was declined in front of my family and friends! I have been with them for 25 years and paid them 90k in interest on my home loan.Plus only god knows for what ever else. They have pushed me to open an account with CHASE BANK! Very happy so far! Excellent service! They have been great helping me set up my new accounts. The best part the banks are open with real live people in them!👊🏻😉!

ALL of the BOA branches are the same. There is no customer service. You are invisible to the staff walking in the door. Went to two branches in Boynton Beach. Set down, was ignored. Heard an employee tell a potential customer in the Woolbright Road branch, we cannot help you, try the Military Trail branch. Little did the customer know she would get identical customer service there too. Previous reviews are true. 10 people in line, one teller.

Theres only one or two tellers open at any given time. And i dont know what they do but inside this bank of america it smells like burnt plastic and has been smelling like it sense i started coming here two years ago. Buy some febreese or something it smells so bad in here.

Drive up ATM won't accept check deposit walk up ATM only accepts one check at a time. Seriously ,this is 2016 upgrade your crappy bank of America.

Terrible bank center.... They are nasty and there is no customer service..... Stay away
