Had a very pleasant experience at the branch. I came in with a withholding issue due to taxes and Meleah helped me with my situation. I am impressed by the level of detail she went through to help resolve the issue for me. I highly recommend the customer service at this branch.

This is a crisis. I asked Chase to apply overpayments for my car loan I have made in the past to be applied to April and May. My business has been mandated to close and I have no income. Their response? Those payments are too old, and I still have to pay. This is a disgrace. I have banked with Chase for years. I have great credit, and about 4 separate accounts with them. Doesn't mean anything. Security Services Federal Credit Union is offering automatic deferment to their auto loan customers. Imagine banking with a good company. Chase has forever lost a customer in me and I will move all accounts from chase as soon as I can. Don't do business with greedy companies.

Chase support call is super wasting time. If you want to call specialist, you should call again and again. Nobody answer for 10 min more or hang up.

They don’t keep their own appointment and don’t value your time. I had a 10 am appointment with their employee Tiffany who kept me waiting for more than 10 minutes after the scheduled time and all other employees who were chit chatting didn’t even bother to help when I was trying to open a new account there. Horrible customer service.

I called to get some information about a problem account. I asked to talk to the Bank President as directed by Chase’s main number. A rude women named Diane answered the phone...she is the branch manager. As I told her the story and asked to make an appointment with the person she reports to if they don't have a president (she snapped that info at me) she then asked if I was done. I gave up on her stopped explaining my situation (not worth it) and instead called her manager to report her and more importantly help me find the money chase has misplaced. Rude, rude rude!!!! Diane the branch manager needs some retraining.

They're the only Chase bank in the area not "Temporarily Closed" and they changed their hours to rarely open. Lost my bank card and can't use the ATM, came into this location two weeks ago to deposit and gave them order me a new card, and still haven't received it. This is how they make their overage fees because now I'm not able to deposit my money since they closed early. Horrific customer service as a corporate entity. The people who work here have always been engaging and friendly, they are Chase's only true asset.

I have dealt with this branch for over five years. In that time, I have not had a "bad" experience. Sure, sometimes you may have to wait when conducting business inside but is generally just a minute or two. Folks at this branch have gone out of their way to help myself and family. I have not forgotten when they helped us with, what could have been a major issue, obtaining a check for our house purchase/closing five years ago.

They're a great branch; most of them know me by name and greet me by my first name. Kate, the branch manager, is wonderful, as are the other tellers and employees who help me out whenever I come in. New building; clean, nice, air-conditioned interior. Great people and great service, so I highly recommend it!

In person has always been superb. I called for online checking question & was transferred to a client whisperer. Seriously I said 3x I can't hear you, I don't know what you're saying. She seemed to get quieter each time until I sighed and hung up. ZERO help 😤
