Chase Banking on 103rd has always treated friendly and in a business like manor.

Karen bennet at chase bank in roseland refused services to me. This is discriminatory practices against an Asian individual in an all black neighborhood. An Unjust and unfair practice.

I came to this branch at 540pm, they close at 6pm, they are supposed to assist you if you’re in the building. Nope they turned me away. Not Cool Chase.

Nice customer service! Parking lot small. Parking lot is very busy next to family dollar and autozone

This is strictly about the personal banker services, not the teller services. Awful!! It’s 12:20pm on Saturday and there is only one personal banker. 2 people have already walked out. We have been here since 11:50pm and have not even been greeted. I think it is very bad that in black neighborhoods Chase can get away with this. My husband and I did not have his experience at the Chase in Crestwood. Not only were we greeted but we were seen in less than 10 minutes. While waiting this long, I had the opportunity to see how run down the furniture was, that there was not even a greeter stand—hence no greeting— just a clip board to put your name on, nor was there any security guard on duty. Chase can do so much better than this. Standards should be the same everywhere.

I went in to open an account when I got off work. I was told at 4 they close soon so I should come back in the morning. I told the clerk that I work mornings. She still insisted I come in the morning. They close at 4:30.

I've been waiting here for over an hour waiting to be helped by a banker. Their excuse? They're understaffed

Hate the parking here, but the service is quick. I like that you don't always have to go to the teller for withdrawals.

Horrible service waited almost an hour to speak with an Banker no one acknowledge me skipped over my name on the sign in sheet just terrible.
