Ms Tonya deserves a raise! By herself, handling a store full of people, she still answered my call with a smile! I had been working with Check n Go for over a week online and now in the store. The first store’s representatives were not the best by all means! Then after my experience with the horrible store on Cottage Grove, I was almost done! BUT I called this store just to check the information I was given by the store on Cottage and Ms Tonya answered the phone so nicely, I decided to try one more time. I came in and she’s the only one here! (I’m standing in the store now completing this survey because that’s how great she is doing!) A store full of people and she’s still just as pleasant as can be! Unbelievable! She’s working multiple stations by herself to get people out and she’s still pleasantly smiling and nicely helping each person! All around awesome! People never know what someone is going through when they have to come take one of these loans out, I hope to never need a loan but if I do, this will be the location I come to! Ms Tonya you’re the best!

Although I didnt get the amount I was hoping for it was thoroughly explained. Why the customer service was up and beyond. Also when businesses are in minority neighborhoods they tend to get a bad rep and to come to a place of business in my neighborhood and experience the level of professionalism makes me proud of my community. I must say that Tonya individual definitely deserves a raise!!!! I came to purchase a Netspend card and the patrons were being so obnoxious as if she owed them something.... She killed them with kindness..... By the time they made their exit, they were thanking her. Definitely deserving of a raise in a world where customer service is exponentially lacking.....

I loved the customer service. The staff in the front were so polite I never met such happy people in my life!!! The process of getting my money was fast and very efficient. I would refer to anyone. Very amazing services.

Great customer service. I always feel welcome when I walk through the door. They make sure you have all the information needed before and after you get a loan. They call before your payment is due so you don't fall behind. I keep going back when I need quick cash.

The girls that work at this location are awesome. These ladies are great at serviceing the customers, very friendly and take pride in their job. I wouldn't want to to business at any other location. Ladies keep up the excellent job that you all do.
