Chase Bank E 400 S, Salt Lake City

It’s super annoying to have to make an appointment 2-3 weeks out to open an account. They don’t allow customers to use their bathrooms. Pretty lame.

I had credit card with Chase for some years and decided to finally move away from my credit union entirely. I opened up a new account and had to make several visits to this branch to get fund transfers finalized. Every single visit was a pleasant experience. Sure, there was one time where there was an hour wait but that was a non-issue for me. I think they offer scheduled appointments. They also did not turn me away when I arrived a half hour before close like some other reviews have mentioned. Regardless, the staff were kind, patient, and thorough when assisting me and I highly recommend this branch.

I went in to link my SSN to my account, transfer my foreign currency from my forex card into my account, and get some quarters. I appreciate Daisy's patient help through it all. I have always received correct information and good help from all tellers I've interacted with at this branch. Always look forward to visiting.

What a waste of time working with Chase. They have been taking fees from me for months for alleged services. They will not return them. I came in good faith to start business accounts and I was assured I would not be charged any fees. Either the agent that set me up was completely incompetent and/or a liar or this is a predatory and disgusting organization. I will be closing all my accounts with chase. What a colossal waste of time. You are crooks. Shame on you.

This branch is amazing! Daisy has helped me a few times now and she's been amazing every time. Her interactions with customers are always impressive and she's always found solutions when I have problems.

I love coming here to deposit my payments for my work. They are always so friendly and quick. Anissa knows me by name so that is always awesome!

Chase is the worst bank I’ve ever encountered. Despite making sure I would not have any fees with my accounts they have been charging me monthly and random fees. I asked that they return me these funds but they would not do so. This is stealing with justification by “fine print.” I was reassured upon account opening that I wouldn’t have any fees. This is dishonest, predatory and unfair. I hope this bank fails. I came in good faith to do business with chase but their practices are akin to that of a filthy animal.

Came here to get help, these people didn’t even stood up neither a “ how can I help today?” Horrible service no wonder why they have 2.7 stars in this specific location.

Made a in branch check deposit of $2,500 I’ve had this account for 3 yrs now. Average of 10,000-17,000 per month in credits. Today my scholarship check was placed on hold. I asked the representative before I deposited if I needed to just go to a Wells Fargo Branch. That agent assured it would be ready as of 9/13 These funds have to be specifically used for my school book and computer. Classes have started today and unfortunately I cannot use my own funds per scholarship funds policy. This I’ve been on hold for 1 hr waiting for deposits team. This issue still hasn’t been resolved!
