Chase Bank E Midland Ave, Paramus

Giving this place 2 stars because no ATM inside the bank even though it is a large bank and they have the room for it. Also 3 tellers but still a line when only 3 people in line.

Lazy, lazy, lazy office stuff. First of all, it has been 3 generations who have been using Chase BUT we have had only problems with them in the last one year. It took 3 agents, 3 offices, 2 months to open a business account. Now, it's taking 2 agents, 2 offices and 10 days for opening a private account for our son. My husband made an appointment online and when we showed up at the office we weren't accepted. Apparently, the appointment was at "call back" status. Well, nobody called us back. Thank you Chase bank and employees for wasting our time. We switched to another bank!

Ms. White went out of her way literally fought with corporate for me and she let them have it.. Solved a 7 day hold for lots of $ in less than 1 hour.. she's great hopes she gets the acknowledgement from Chase.. its people like her that keep u coming back! thank you so much !!

I like this location. The staff is friendly. I had a great experience. Jonathan was very helpful. I'm glad I chose Chase.

I'm in the process of refinancing my vehicle. I had a question on the application so I came into this branch to ask.I was told that the bank does not deal with Car loans departments and given a number to call.. understandable however the Employee Jonathan was extremely rude and didnt want to hear my question. He didn't want to deal with the application at all not even look at it or even hear the question that I had to ask. It was the power of attorney notary portion of the application. All I need to know is if they notarized at this particular location. He refused to look at the document and kept repeating "you need to call you need to call" When I asked him why he was being so rude he gave me a shrugged shoulder with an oh well smug look on his face.I then went in the car to find he gave me the wrong number. After calling and multiple transfers I was advised to go back into the bank to get the document notarized.(Exactly what I went into the bank for) I was told by Sam that he would be with me in a few min...well. ..........30min later im still waiting......45min still waiting...

Erica in the drive through intentionally called me by the wrong name, even after I corrected her. First rule of business is know your customer's name, they are after all there to give you their money. Not a good look from a customer service perspective, nor for her as a person.

Great experience! Professional and pleasant employees, very efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this Chase branch!
