Chase Bank E Broadway St, Pearland

Made a deposit like usual and the rep said it couldn't be done cause I wasn't on the account even though I've done it several times before with them fully knowing I'm not on the acct. Would've been faster to just use the indoor atm. They need to have more of those ATMs

Love this bank more than any branch I've ever been to. I've been with chase for over 16 years and all the way from Iowa to California to Texas I've been to different branches but none have ever treated me the way Jay and his team here do. Of course I do come in more often so that may be a reason, but if you got to know your bank and their staff you'd probably get similar results. Free coffee and a smile every morning.

Cristel Aguilar was the most professional, and helpful banker I have dealt with in a long time. She makes this branch a pleasure to use. Made my auto loan process a breeze. Thank you so much

If you are going to eliminate live tellers you need to make sure BOTH ATM's are working properly at all times or add more ATM's!! Sick of driving in circles around your bank. Gonna start heading down to Dixie Farm branch to avoid this nonsense.

It's ridiculous that you need to wait on a personal banker to make a debit card. Sometimes people have things going on & need to be in and out. My tiny credit union can make cards at the teller line.

ATMs always down not working. Meaning they are full of cash. Any criminals looking to world star a atm please choose this location. 🖕🏻Two week later update. Im here 5 cars back at the only working atm again. I see nobody has worldstarred this location yet. Very disappointed.

Kristella was patient and amazing! She really helped me out with refinancing my car loan after I had been given some trouble over the phone. I will definitely continue to come to this location for any help I need!

I talked to Dawn, the branch manager about the fact that a health plan that my husband no longer has is still taking premiums out of our checking acct. She informed me that all I can do is stop payment on future deductions. She did not offer to negotiate with the company or act on my behalf in anyway. I have had similiar situations, and the banker was able to get a resolution. Dawns tone was aloof, disenterested, and I realized ir was probably because I don't have large amounts of money in my accts. I would like to let Dawn know I will not be dealing with this bank again.

Refused to honor the reason I opened my account. Frankly I feel scammed for ever opening an account there. I cannot trust Chase with my money because of this location's bankers and management.

Based on the fact that the ATM had money in it, was able to give me a receipt, and I had no other issues, I will have to say that this bank is functioning well.
