Review is long overdue, This Branch is my local one and every time I go in, usually Saturday morning, they are the best team I have encountered in the past 38 years … front the moment I walk they greeted me like family by saying good morning/Buenas Dias, all dressed professionally and a welcoming smile Let’s be honest , who wants to be working Saturday morning… They answer ur questions and are very responsive and respectful The teller even apologized to me for me waiting a few minutes, cmon some banks u are waiting 10-15 minutes lol Kudos to the manager and most of all to the staff, keep it up and treat the customers like family…thank you

Branch is not always busy. The tellers are very professional and expeditious. One of the best Chase branches in the area.

The best branch of the best bank

Went to this Chase branch over the weekend intending to open checking and saving accounts as a brand new customer. The desk agent asked many confidential information from me. I inquired about the reason for having to provide all those info for my better understanding. Then the agent turned really furious and asked me to go to another bank for business. He also insulted me by assuming I was there ONLY for new customer bonus that Chase Bank offers. I was so frustrated and left without opening any account with Chase. Unbelievably horrible bank service that was under NO supervision. I do still need checking and saving accounts but now have to do this with other banks. Chase just drove away a new potentially loyal customer like this with nobody cares. There's no way for a bank like this to go far.

when I visit this Branch all the personel are very friendly, if I have questions I get answers I have nothing but good things to say about this or any other Branch,Go Chase!

This is a well managed branch with proficient tellers and managers. I have banked with chase for years now and this is the customer service I am used to when banking with chase.

3 stars is accurate. Ive never really had a problem here, this branch is always busy. I've never been here without a wait. They need more staff. There are only two tellers.

What I had noticed as soon as I walked in there was a lock of efficiency at this place. Maybe a Chase management team should take a look at that and do something about it. I was there today, 10/30/18 at 12.36pm to ask about an account, but I spotted four people waiting in the line to be helped by customer service people. I wanted to sing in, but soon as one of the waiting ladies told me that she had waited since 11.50am, I decided it's not worth to wait. LOTS OF ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT AT THIS PLACE, A LOT!!
