Incredibly rude manager. Stay away from this bank. Absolutely horrible customer service. The manager should be fired. The Chase Bank in downtown Springfield is a much better location. Most of the reviews on google all talk about the horrible customer service but nothing changes. They need to replace the bank manager.

I have been to the branch multiple times and have only once received what I would consider competent service and it was when I asked to withdraw $10 in a roll of quarters. I couldn’t imagine running an establishment where multiple customers are sitting down waiting for service and aren’t even so much as greeted for over 30 minutes.

My family came in to open an account. The greeter was very nice. The personal banker on the other hand was not. He act as if he didn't want to assist us. He didnt even greet us with his name. He and his counterpart came up with an excuse for why they couldn't open the account. A complete waste of time.

Great service. Really like the people. There is this lady who works there i dont know her name but she is great. I was having trouble with a internation deposit that was made with different payments and there was a pretty good chance that my money wouldn’t have been returned because it looked scatchy. But, this lady talked with the people at head quarters or something and it all worked out. I was really worried so it meant alot. There were many other branches that i went to in Springfield and they couldn’t help. So thank you.

Chase is the #1 bank funding the fossil fuel industry, nearly $270 billion a year. The extraction and burning of fossil fuels releases greenhouse gases into the environment that act like a heat-trapping blanket into the atmosphere. We are breaking temperature records all the time, our oceans are getting warmer, or sea ice is melting. Chase needs to take the climate crisis seriously and #stopthemoneypipeline!

Waited 30+ minutes to add someone on my account as joint. Never had someone check in with me or tell me they will be with me. Never had someone take my name or concern down either. The entire bank was empty and the lady up front was rude.

We have been a customer of Chase for 16 or 17 years now and haven't had a bad experience yet. Once my card was hacked and they made over 400 dollars of purchases and I didn't know it. I was totally unaware that someone was getting my money and Chase fraud department contacted me and asked me if it was me and I told them it wasn't . They said they would investigate the situation and they put my money back ony account telling me that if it was determined that It was infact me they would take it back. They contacted me a couple days later with their findings and confirmed that it was not me and I was able to keep the money. They didn't say if they caught the thief or not but I sure hope they did. They have a great program to protect our interests. I'm not going anywhere.

Have new s hard time about depositing funds into my business account with the drive through. Made me provide my ID for a simple deposit. Seemed odd. Lots of rules at this bank. Not sure if they know how to focus on Customer service.

If i could rate this bank a zero i would. Condescending staff and their ATM BROKE on me while depositing close to $500 and they completely dismissed the issue. I’m still out of my hard earned money. Also, the woman informed me after i closed my accounts that i would have access to my statements for tax purposes and that is not the case. I’m extremely dissappointed. The money i deposited that day was my down payment for school, and I had to push back school a semester. It was devastating.

Called in to set a walk-in/appointment for an unsecured credit card after having achieved a desirable credit score; being that I have two checking accounts with Chase I'd figured I'd attempt to see if I could secure a limit that suits my lifestyle. My credit score is in the high 700s and I informed the rep of this when I called, I also informed her that I was seeking a limit of atleast 5K--and if a personal banker could help me weigh my options that'd be great. The rep informed me that the personal banker could discuss my options with me and would give me pamphlets as well. When I got here, I was greeted as I was some sort of alien and the personal banker whom never gave me her name nor card treated me as if she knew I wouldn't qualify; mind you, my credit score was 773 before walking in and dropped 30 points after she ran the inquiry without answering any of my questions. All in all, this place operates more like a fast-food restaurant than a bank. Try the other locations near by. *Update* After getting home and upon logging into my online banking account---what do you know..... an open credit line for $1,500, far less than i'd anticipated but that's not the issue at this point; it's the fact that the rude and condescending girl told me I'd be hearing something within the next 5 - 7 days, she didn't answer any of my questions, didn't give me a welcome packet, and treated me as if she wanted me out of her presence ASAP. Also, I'd made a mistake on my gross income and asked her could she change it, she sighed and said it wouldn't really make a difference and did'nt change it for me. After running the inquiry she knew I'd qualified on the spot and I guess she didn't like that because she most definitely didn't inform me, I could've applied from home on my computer if I knew they'd have people like her working there.
