CEFCU W Iles Ave, Springfield

The woman Drive up teller was really rude. I was not aware that a certain policy had changed and she snapped at me, rude tone and rolled her eyes. Not sure what I did for that reaction, I simply asked a question. I’ve had similar experiences multiple times for no rhyme or reason. This is why I closed my accounts and moved elsewhere.

Horrible online/mobile banking!! Horrible customer service!! When you call, you will be on hold for a life time and then transferred multiple times with no help! They do not have any modern features! They have no way to track their data! The app needs a good update! What’s funny is they just updated it recently! I had gotten an auto loan through them because they had the lowest interest rates. Little did I know I would be paying that back in fees just trying to make my monthly payments on time. The only real good way to bank with them is to go in person to a branch. Their staff is always accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately, I had moved to a different part of the state. Now I’m screwed!

No over the phone payments with debit of credit accounts, online app is awful, customer service tosses you around person to person. One plus, their security is solid, but good luck making a payment of any kind over the phone or computer —very dated customer service response —they’ll ask you 5-7 questions EVERY time you call about an account —even when you’re just making a payment or have a question. **extremely dated**

Trying to make our first car payment. We have not received a payment book yet. Called and gave all SSN, birthdates, address, verified payment amount from contract at dealership, etc., and they STILL WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE ACCOUNT NUMBER SO I CAN MAKE THE FIRST PAYMENT WHICH IS DUE OCTOBER 21.

I have been with cefcu for about 2 years and everytime I go there I deal with the same 2 rude tellers to the point I started going inside . I will be switching banks shortly along with several of my acquaintance and business associates . At work ( landscaping company) we no longer recommend cefcu.

I had to make some changes on an account & the personal banker in auto loans could not have been nicer. She was very polite, respectful & professional. The tellers have been great at this location as well. Highly recommended.

Likes to say it’s about customer service/care, but will treat you like trash, and talk down to you, the second you actually need assistance. Rules are one thing, but there is no reason to talk so down to people when explaining. Been with you guys for a long time, but sadly I think it’s time to rethink that.

Starr was very helpful and answered all of my questions regarding a home loan. I left the phone feeling confident and more knowledgeable about buying my new home. Thanks!

I would like Kudo, hi-fives, knuckle bumps, whatever you guys are doing now to go out to Jessayca Britz. One of the GREATEST ladies I have ever had the privilege of doing business with! She had what it takes. Personality, professionalism, was informitive, understanding, patient and willing to listen. She rspoke to me in layman's terms that I could understand. (Darn, she was even willing to take a tissue from my hand, from tears.) Now that's really going the extra mile! ... I actually tossed it in the trashcan. Horrible service, horrible experience, I personally will never do business with them again and would tell everyone I know to stay clear of them. I'd rather get a root canal on every tooth at once then deal with this company
