A HUGE shout out to the banker Mr. Ryan Cox for excellent customer service. I was running a but late for my appointment but he still accommodated me. He was also extremely professional and knowledgeable!! 5 stars to Mr. Cox. Thank you😊

These guys are always courteous & welcoming. My only problem is not with the staff but w the bank itself & the fact that the only option for overdraft protection is by having a savings account even though I have multiple accounts with them.

The staff is so friendly and nice. They have helped me set up my business accounts and helped me in my home mortgage needs tremendously, if you are looking for a home lender or someone to help in a refinance go see Adam Torrez there!

No working person can get to the bank by 5pm. This is ridiculous.

I paid my credit card in cash and the money may take 24 hours till I can see it on my credit card report on the app. They don’t have answer for that or the intention to find out how much is available right away. Not happy with this experience.

I needed assistance with a notary. When I first walked into this branch, a very friendly Asian gentleman help me and told me a banker would be able to help with the paperwork. 5/5 stars for his customer service. However, when the blonde lady asked what I needed, she quickly turned me away. Stating that she didn't know what to do before I even showed her the paperwork. All I needed was someone to help me with a notary. 0/5 stars for her. I am very disappointed because she did not even try even a little bit to help me or even look at what paperwork I had in my hand.

Probably one of the worst chase banks for customer service. When you're there you wait for 30 to 40 minutes for service because only 1 or 2 reps are working. Also not sure if they have the phones turned off... no one ever picks up. Bottom line, service sucks customer is not important.

I am a customer of chase salary checking accounts and credit cards. Last week I went to this branch for some notary and they said they do only notary for affidavit. I needed to take my kids, wife to notary the signature. After school, I went to the bank and waited for 30 minutes. The manager came out and said, I have to take an appointment before coming to do the notary. I have waisted my time and time for the kids too. Very un-professional and no values for the customer and their time. I am going to close all my accounts with this bank.
