Chase Bank W Rusk St, Rockwall

This branch is a joke. I have been here several times and been told that for different reasons that they are not able to handle basic bank tasks. Very disappointed. No appointments available for a week. Understaffed, but only hiring one person. They don't have the staff to answer phones says the manager, then an employee says they can't answer the phones because it's a new system that they haven't been trained on. Very frustrating.

I have been banking with Chase for 20 years never have I been treated like I just was‼️‼️ I’m severely diabetic and had to use the bathroom in an emergency before depositing 20k into my bank account. Was refused and turned away in the utmost disrespect able way. Who has another bank they’d recommend

Just told me to go make an account on the app, that's it. Tried to mention I was a student and they lied to me.. tried to talk to a banker, same thing with the app. My partner has never had a problem probably because they only speak with people who have tons of money. Very rude!

Despite the one star reviews, I actually like this branch. Usually to make change or to turn coin into bills. They don't have a machine which will count, tho. For this transaction, the tellers have not asked to see my ID or bank card, although I do offer it anyway for security purposes. I have found the other bank employees helpful and friendly, too. It's hard to find and receive "small town" service anymore. However, I do feel this branch is doing a good job in customer service -- getting to know their customers by name and putting forth the effort to help.

I have had two bad experiences at this Chase branch within the last month. I also stopped in to have a $20 bill broken down and the teller told me that they had to see my photo ID and ATM card and I have more than one account with Chase! The employees working there are rude and treat their account holders as if they are criminals; all over a $20 bill !

Staff is friendly but they take forever just to give you a simple $100. Third time going every time it’s the same. Bank is not even busy which makes it even worse!

I was calling this branch the whole day and nobody is answering the phone how can you transact with this bank if they are not answering their phone calls.

Not a fan of this branch. I rotate between 3-4 branches between Garland to Rockwall for my business deposits and have unfortunately experienced very slow service every time in the business lane at this branch to the point where I leave the lane and go inside. On my most recent visit I informed the teller of the unusually long wait times at this branch and she didn’t seem to care or acknowledge that they may need improvement in that area. I voiced my same concerns to the banker at a desk on my way out who informed me the teller I spoke to was the branch manager. That being the case I can’t imagine it will get any better so I’ll avoid this branch in the future.

Terrible service each time I’ve been to this branch. Every time I’ve come here to speak with a banker they have made me wait for 20 plus minutes while servicing customers who got there after me. All big banks are pretty terrible but I’m switching back to Wells Fargo where I can at least have someone to acknowledge me
