We bought a 2022 Toyota Highlander a week ago from Toyota of Rockwall. Brae Dunn was super professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He was very pleasant to work with and had a great attitude. We really enjoyed our car buying experience. He took us for a test drive and showed us the wonderful features of the car. He worked so hard to get us the type of car we want. We love our new car and we are so grateful to Brae for making this happen during this highly difficult time where it is very hard to find cars. He is the BEST! We travelled all the way from Celina to Rockwall and it was all worth it. Their process is fast and efficient and you will find the best deals and customer service at Toyota of Rockwall! Bought a 2022 sienna and our sales guy Nemo was PHENOMENAL!! He helped us and was up front about everything, and always kept us up to date. As some might see, this could be seen as a normal review for a dealership where the salesperson is eager for someone to write a review for them. However, in todays market, especially for Toyota’s, reviews like this shouldn’t be taken not as not genuine. I’m fortunate to get the truck I wanted in short amount of time, specifically less than one week from calling Glenn Coy, salesperson at Toyota of Rockwall, to actual delivery. Over the course of 2 weeks, I called every Toyota dealership in and around Dallas except for one in pursuit of a truck. Toyota of Rockwall, mainly Glen, was honest about the process, kept true to his word when it came to pricing and was quick to reply to. Complete transparency… Rockwall doesn’t mark up their vehicles, they did install dealer accessories like tint, wheel locks etc. for a premium price but it was still within range of the KBB fair market value after adding those options. I wouldn’t have moved forward with my intent to buy if it wasn’t that way. I can only speak for my experience with Glenn but he is far beyond the other dealers I’ve worked with compared to other Toyota dealers. It maybe because he has worked at more luxury focused dealerships in his past so relationship building is more of his focus compared to pushing as much volume as possible. Whatever it is, my experience with him was easy and simple. To make it that way, let him know what you’re looking for, be prepared to wait and be flexible on colors and options, and prepare to negotiate before you put your deposit down. Again, Glenn is very clear and does not add any additional options to your vehicle that you didn’t ask for and wants you to sign paperwork for a price far beyond what you had expected. I wish Toyota of Rockwall was closer to me so I can continue to get service done on the vehicle there but the next time I purchase another Toyota, Glenn and other associates there will be top on my list.

We got our car maintenance done today. Our service person was Casey she was wonderful. She greeted us like we were family. She let us know what was recommended on our Highlander. She's very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who comes in. They were very busy but you didn't feel rushed when she was getting our information. Entire Staff was Helpful & Friendly. I had a 7am Appointment and arrived 5 minutes early. The Service Doors opened at straight Up 7am and checked me in. My Service Person, Josue, asked if there were any concerns or questions I had about the Vehicle or the 15,000 mile Service. He was great and followed up during & after the Service. I got my 2022 4runner two month ago from this dealership. 5 star recommends! I got great help from my sales Ryan Berg. I cannot image I can get my new 4Runner TRD off road within one month at this moment. Before I went here, I asked couple of other Toyota dealerships but all of them cannot make my deal and ask for ridiculous mkt adjustment because of shortage. This dealership’s sales really treat their customers with professional service and integrity. You should come here if you really want a Toyota.

I’m an extremely happy with my experience. I have bought 3 cars now from Toyota of Rockwall but my most recent purchase experience has been the best. Cameron Brown did a awesome job at getting me in the vehicle I wanted knowing I’m very picky! He went above and beyond getting me what I wanted at the payment I wanted. I was running about 15 minutes late to my service appointment but they were super nice about it. My service advisor was Jose, and he was very friendly and professional. He explained exactly what they were going to do to my car, and my wait wasn’t long at all. After looking at my car, it was recommended that I replace the engine filter. Jose didn’t pressure me to buy the new filter by any means, which was nice. I ended up taking care of it anyway. Overall, it was a great experience!

I will not use this dealership again for car maintenance. I asked for an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I arrived for my appointment and told the service person I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. When asked how many miles were on it I responded 19500. The service person then said “ so you want a 20000 mile maintenance service. I said I guess as long as that means an oil change and tire rotation ( my car is 4 yrs old). After an hour or so I was approached about changing the air filter. I authorized that. I paid $219. A few days later I was looking at my receipt and could not find a tire rotation on it anywhere. I called the service tech and left a voice message asking about the service. It has been almost a week and no response. I called the service manager 3 days ago and left a voice message. Again, no response. I just want to know if the tires were rotated and if not, why. This was my first time using this dealership and it will be my last.
Our goal is to make sure everyone that visits the dealership has a top-notch experience. We're sorry that we didn't meet that goal in this case and we'd love the opportunity to get more details to see if we can turn this situation around for you. Ivan was great to work with - quick to reply, helpful in finding my dream car, transparent in pricing and made the buying process painless (despite a global supply chain shortage pushing out new vehicle delivery timelines!). He kept me informed and checked in regularly while we waited for my car to come in. I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment and was immediately seen by a service advisor. After providing information about the vehicle's problems and need for service, I was directed to the customer lounge and given access to the coffee machine (Free Coffee) and the snack machine. The lounge area was perfectly clean, warm and inviting (as was the male restroom). The service manager came out periodically to inform me of the vehicle's progress and when he anticipated it would be ready. The cost of servicing was very reasonable. Other businesses could use this facility as a model for working on customer satisfaction

Went to multiple Toyota Dealerships before going to this location but none were willing to cooperate with me like this location. Quin Flowers is the man. Kept me updated throughout the whole process and was willing to talk to get the deal done. I understand why most dealerships are marking up the price of the vehicles, most were putting prices way out of the budget but Rockwall’s locations made it reasonable. Came in to trade in our 2021 Camaro for a 2022 Tacoma here. Ivan was the best at helping our family get the best deal together. Very patient and family oriented staff at Toyota of Rockwall Ivan and his coworkers made us feel right at home! I had went to another dealership before arriving here and we are all honestly glad we made the decision to come to this location in the end. They close at 7pm but Ivan stayed with us past closing time to get exactly what we wanted! Amazing!

Over all good service. Now to be fair I am a very picky person. They always called back if I called sometimes I think I could have been a little quicker but they will call you back. I ordered a very specific tacoma it took about 4 months to get here but that is probably normal for 2022 market. The truck was exactly what I ordered. In person at their facility they are top notch. They treated me great and service was quick. I will use them again.

I was only there for a few mins to look at our options and sign paperwork for my husband, but Karissa and Corey (sales reps) were inexperienced and not very helpful or welcoming to me. I would highly recommend for both of them to take some customer services classes or get into a new profession. My husband was there all day and said Scott was super helpful throughout the process. He did a great job and his director helped explain the option we had.

Let me start by saying I have only ever bought one other car. I was 18 and got ripped off. 10 years later and I still have that car, but now I also have a family. It was more than time to upgrade to something larger and safer. I still didn’t want to deal with a dealership due to the predatory experience I had last time. We used Bethany Smith as our salesman. She texted with me for a few days before we agreed to come in. We got lucky in that there was the exact truck we wanted that just arrived today. Long story short— she did an amazing job making the price work for us. They even got us a better rate than what I was pre approved for through My own bank. The whole team worked like a well oiled machine. Bethany Smith had patience and I never felt a pushy shady sales vibe from her or anyone else. I would hands down buy another vehicle from here any day. Actually, I don’t really ever wanna go anywhere else to buy a vehicle. Overall an extremely positive experience.

Every visit is a quick turnaround for my oil changes. This visit was a little different. As we prepare for a long road trip they did an oil change and rotated my tires. During my trip I noticed that my tires was not balanced and my sensor was not reset. Just getting back from the family trip and plans to stop by to address this concerns.

Benjamin was excellent to work with! He listened to what my budget and needs for a vehicle were and delivered exactly what I asked for. It was the most hassle free car buying experience I have ever had. I was so stressed about buying a car but Benjamin prayed with me before we started the process and was so patient and understanding. Absolutely revolting customer service. By far the worst treatment I have received as a customer at any business I’ve ever frequented. First of all I got on the reservation list in October of 2021 for the new Tundra. After waiting 6 months my vehicle arrives at the dealership. My salesperson Ivan Williams (who was absolutely great throughout the entire process) sent me the deal sheet. It came with a $5000 “Market Adjustment” which I wasn’t aware of when I put my deposit down. I understand the trucks were in high demand, so I asked Ivan if we could meet in the middle on the market adjustment. He asked management and they said no. I asked to speak with them and was met with one of the most hostile, argumentative and combative “sales people” I have ever encountered. I was met with immediate aggression and the polar opposite of what customer service should look like by the desk manager. As I’ve read in previous reviews they did not want to refund my deposit and I had to argue (in the middle of a crowded room no less) that these were not the terms I agreed with. I left and was called by a sales manager (James I believe) and was told they might could work with me on the market adjustment. I was then called by a finance manager asking about financing which I had secured previously. Waited about and hour and the finance manager called me to tell me the vehicle had been sold. As a return customer of Toyota of Rockwall I am still astounded at the lack of customer service and overall contemptuous attitude toward prospective customers. My family owns 3 Toyotas and stand behind the brand, but I will never buy another vehicle from this establishment. If a business only treats you right when they need your business, I don’t need them.

I bought my first vehicle here in 2018. Both of my parents have also purchased 2 vehicles from this location. I moved to Dallas but I still prefer to come to this location for my car maintenance needs because of the excellent service and consistent communication. Carlos and Cesar are great. None of the other locations I’ve been to in the metroplex provide the same service I’ve experienced here.

Cesar Martinez at Toyota of Rockwall assisted me. I had an issue with my AC - stopped cooling. I brought the car (2013 Toyota Prius C) into the dealership on Tuesday 28June2022. Originally I had an appointment scheduled for drop off the week after, but Cesar said he'd try and see if they could work me on for a diagnostic so I left the car with them. They were able to run the diagnostic by Wednesday and I approved the repair same day. Part was ordered that day and Cesar communicated to me that he thought the part wouldn't be in until after the holiday (04July) that next week. Part came in on Thursday! Car was fixed by Friday morning and I picked it up that afternoon. Excellent customer service provided by Cesar Martinez. If you're coming to this location, request him by name. He is respectful and knowledgeable about policies and procedures. He is efficient and up front about cost and time frames for work and parts. Honest, kind and friendly. Overall, would absolutely recommend coming to this dealership in Rockwall. The dealership offers a tracking system for your car when its in the shop. When they sent me an update via text post-inspection/diagnostic, there were videos from the tech uploaded to the site. Videos showed/verified the sounds I was hearing and where it was coming from as well as part of the point-inspection they do for general assessment. Notes were also included with recommended fix. I hadn't seen videos on an update/tracking like that before. They were helpful for me. Cost: Cost for condenser replacement was a bit high ($1330.35), but with the Prius C Hybrid specifically, the AC system is a bit different from systems on other cars. Other shops I spoke to recommended going to the dealer for this particular issue. Additionally, the cost of diagnostic was put towards the fix. Great shop. Great customer service. Will go back if I any further issues.

Josef was horrible. The worst experience I have ever had for a salesman. Very disrespectful to me with my father present. Management was good and understood my issue. Finance was not as bad as Josef but his whole attitude changed when I used my own bank. He was on social media while I was on phone with bank. The semiconductor salesman that I got was very respectful and I would recommend him to others.

DO NOT put a reservation deposit at the dealership, better dealers with better policies in DFW. I’ve been told 6 different times that my car is coming in ‘next week’ and ‘a couple days’. I was also told by the salesman that ‘he’s never had a customer wait over 3 weeks’. 70 days later, I still don’t have my car and can’t get my deposit back. At one point, I was told my car arrived, rushed to sign paperwork 2 hours after I was notified, and ended up being another customers car (in a different color). Terrible car buying experience so far, would not recommend.

Scott from the finance department did a great job getting me and my wife the best deal possible for l one particular truck. Really didnt get to see anything else, low inventory. Our biggest issue was the way Corey Thomas spoke to us. He had no idea how to explain our options and then tried to pin us against each other, saying "what, you wont let him buy a car." After my wife asked to see what options we had. Then asked why was she so angry and asking "is she's always like this?" I do not respect sales tactics like this. When I purchased my used Toyota a couple of years ago, I decided to opt for the prepaid oil change services, as it’s the one thing that I dislike doing myself. I have historically entered top answers on their surveys because it’s easier than the hassle of explaining but, I cannot do it anymore. I don’t recall ever getting out of the dealership in less than 1.5 to 2 hours, each time I have brought my vehicle in for an oil change. This last time, it was three hours. They can keep my money. I will go back to doing it myself.

I’ve been to this location twice for regular maintenances. Each time I pay to have my tires rotated. Both times I get charged and when I get home I see that the wheels are in the same spots they were prior to the maintenance. But they always manage to give me about $1000 in recommendations. I’ve called service and mentioned (numerous times) that rotation was never done. They never call me back. You’d think I’d remember to check before I pull away. Now I’ll just check for a new place to take me car.

I had been planning to purchase a new truck last year, but decided to wait because of the model changes and the lack of availability of new vehicles. I had narrowed it down to a choice between a Tundra 1794 and a GMC Denali. Both of these vehicles were new designs, but the GMC won’t be out for another coupe of months. This past Saturday, I finally became serious in my search and saw on the Toyota of Rockwall web page that they had 3 Tundras in inventory. One was a dark gray 1794 that was in transit to the dealership. I emailed the dealership about the ETA on the truck and they told me within the next 10 days and asked me to come In for a test drive. Toyota of Rockwall is only a few minutes from my home, so I scheduled a time to meet with a salesperson. Upon arrival at Toyota of Rockwall, I was introduced to my salesman, Russell Morgan. Russell did not waste my time, as some salespeople tend to do. He was helpful and knowledgeable of the products he sells. There were times he was not sure of the correct answer to a question. When that happened, he told me he was not sure and got the correct answer for me. This helped me to feel more confident in my purchase since many salespeople in the past have made up answers for questions they did not have the answers to. After test driving a new Tundra, I knew it was the truck I was waiting for. Financing was quickly arranged through the dealership. The total time spent test driving, thoroughly looking at the options of a Limited and Platinum edition that were on the lot and doing the finance paperwork was about 3.5 hours. This was much better than an all day outtage I have experienced before. Two days later, Russell called and told me my truck was in and I could pick it up that afternoon. We arranged an appointment. When I got to the dealership, Russell was waiting for me. He thoroughly went through all vehicle functions and options and helped me with the phone pairing process. He gave me the keys and directed me to Carmelo Adorno to sign the title paperwork. Carmelo had handled the financing for me a couple of days earlier very efficiently. I was in and out of Carmelo’s office in less than 5 minutes. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Toyota of Rockwall. The recent experience was better than the first and I highly recommend the dealership — especially Russell Morgan and Carmelo Adorno!

Jeff Land was our sales person, and he was awesome. Everything else was awful. We bought a car and already had financing, and yet somehow it was a massive pain to get everything settled. Lots of promises made from management, things like "I'll call you..." that never happened and we had to follow up on several times. The person handling our paperwork was very bad at his job. Several mistakes were made like our names, the amount of money we had paid, and commitments the dealership had made to us as part of the agreement. Very condescending and rude, which is impressive for someone who is so bad at their job. He also seemed very confused about how to do his job when we already acquired financing, which I've never experienced at any other dealership (I buy all my cars this way). They also sent me the title to the vehicle and listed "none" as lienholder, even though the lienholder is who they worked with to receive their payment. So now I have to make a trip to the DMV to get the title corrected for my loan. A year later and I'm still cleaning up the messes of Toyota of Rockwall! Thanks! Leaving 2 stars because I guess we technically left with a vehicle, which was the goal. I can assure you I won't be buying anymore cars from this dealership. Also, I tried for a long time to NOT leave this review, but y'all won't stop emailing me asking for one so here you go!

I put in an information request online and received a very prompt and friendly phone call from Courtney. Our salesperson Jonatan Mendoza was very friendly and accommodating. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I had tried since November of 2021 to speak with someone in the finance department to help my disabled parents a extended warranty. Well here we are April 2022 after being shuffled around to various people being close to finishing a deal then being ignored, with numerous emails and phone calls and hardly any response I’ve been told that the only warranty available is one that is a complete waste of money. The way my situation was handled was disgusting. Due to mistakes on their part they refuse to honor a warranty they offered due to their negligence. Rockwall Toyota will never get my business again. And it’s sad because I was looking forward to purchasing another vehicle with them .

As frustrating and disheartening my overall experience with Toyota of Rockwall was and the fact that I had to call Rockwall PD just to get my reservation deposit back I would like to use this moment to educate the next buyer. I completely understand there is a chip shortage and used car shortage so if you find the car you want at the budget that works for you and the car is physically there then you should buy it. However, if this dealership or any dealership asks you to sign a “ Letter of Intent to Purchase” and leave a deposit for a car they say “is coming in” make sure they provide a VIN number. I found out today that the information Karissa Gutierrez provided me on April 8th about a Rav4 that was allocated to their inventory but not yet at the location but could be in anytime between 30-90 days was a lie. This really means they are going to look for the car because today Karissa Gutierrez and Corey Thomas told me “this is how it works” and that there may have been a miscommunication but what Karissa meant to say was that we will look for the car and if we find one you will get it. So my takeaway is: You cannot trust Karissa Gutierrez at face value You need to get everything in writing or record them as Corey Thomas asked me to do instead of him writing a statement. Do not sign a “ Letter of Intent to Purchase” without a VIN number and most definitely do not give them a deposit. Car shopping is frustrating and taxing enough especially during a chip shortage but the way Corey Thomas and Karissa Gutierrez represented themselves and Toyota of Rockwall was a travesty. I am just happy I was able to get my money back and I will not encourage doing business with them BUT if you find the car you want and it is PHYSICALLY there you should buy it because there is a shortage. But do not sign a “ Letter of Intent to Purchase” with an exact date or true estimate and most definitely make sure they provide an actual VIN number.

Absolutely amazing experience! Benjamin Danler definitely went above and beyond with his customer service. He started the paperwork for a friend on the CTSV and we had driven from Killeen to pick it up. (I know he remembers Lol) I started talking to him about how I didn’t like a single thing on my Ford Escape. He took my keys, got a trade in appraisal, and worked very hard to get me in to a certified used 2020 Corolla. We strongly believe would never have gotten this kind of diligence anywhere else. And the back flip he did when I drove out of the bay was frosting on the cake with the whole experience! I really wish I could remember the name of the gentleman in finance. He was also very easy going. And for being his first day, the process was very quick. I do hope Benjamin is able to point him out, and that he also gets credit for amazing service. They are nice and fast. Reasonably priced. They normally have a car wash for your car but they said it was broken the last two times in the week I went. I would read the online content blogs and discussions about your Toyota vehicle and find out what to do and not do. Nothing expensive has happened on either of our Hybrids which is what I read on the forums.

Recently purchased a 2022 XLE Sienna in January! This vehicle has been very comfortable, reliable, and has more than enough power to merge and pass on I-30 with no problems! Nemo was our salesman through the whole purchasing process and he has been an absolute rock star! He is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. We did an Intent To Purchase on the Sienna and he regularly gave us updates on its shipping status and where it was located. He notified us the moment it arrived and we rolled off the lot with it that night! The process was smooth and painless! This was not a typical purchase due to current supply issues. 1. Did not get original Sienna reserved. 2. Clear communication was lacking at the start to ease my concerns over delays. 3. There was a quick turn around when a Sienna became available. 4. Issues with appointment times and computer systems made the purchase take hours longer. 5. Did not get all the options originally desired, specifically spare tire option. a) Cameron attempted to fix the situation by taking on the costs of a spare tire. (Kudos to him!) - I would recommend Cameron to anyone going to Toyota of Rockwall, despite some of the issues that took place outside his control. He did his best to make good on everything. Conclusion: There were outstanding issues that did not make this purchase a "great" experience, but the dealership did a lot to address those issues to make the best of a bad situation. I think it speaks a lot to the dealership, as it could have been so much worse if they weren't accommodating to address these issues. Specifically, sending someone out to us to finalize signing the title and delivering a spare tire. However, I could not give 5 stars, as we did have issues that made the experience less than stellar.

We initially came in to test drive a Rav 4 but ended up leaving in one. Had it not been for Russell Morgan who was kind, informative and attentive despite the dealership being very busy we would most likely have driven off to test drive the car we were originally intending to look at. The staff in general did a commendable job and the showroom was clean. Before heading out Russell took the time to explain some of the features and benefits which was a nice finishing touch. I brought my car in for 25,000 mile service which consists of rotating the tires and a check of all systems. I was met promptly when I pulled into the service drive by Casey who was very nice and friendly. They perform the service required and gave me a print out of all systems which were in good shape and an advice that at 30,000 miles I will need to change the cabin air filter. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because once again their car wash was not working. That seems to happen on a fairly regular basis. I appreciate when I bring my car in for service that it will be returned having been washed which was not the case today. Overall I like this dealership and come in fairly regularly because we have two Toyotas.

He was so knowledgeable about all the cars, trim options, understanding of the process etc. and took his time walking me through everything and always answering my calls. We bought a Platinum Highlander (highest trim package with every available add on) vehicle from this dealership. Advertised as the Platinum edition, it was supposed to include the digital rear view camera. Unbeknownst to us this was removed prior to delivery, and was a feature that was a requirement for purchasing the vehicle. I have been working with two separate employees to try and get the camera added on post-delivery. Before picking up the vehicle the communications were quick to respond. After purchase it's very slow to get a response or feedback of any kind. All I want is to get the digital rear view camera added to our highlander as it was advertised as such, both online and during walk arounds of models. I have been going to Toyota rockwall for many years. My wife and I have bought our last 5 trucks from them. Service department is GREAT. Been back a few times to take a look at new truck. And in the new world that we live in today, I was not going to pay that super high price for a truck. So I started looking at used truck and found one that I liked. Service Department is great. When the original dealership claimed my prepaid maintenance didn’t exist, I chose to go to the closest Toyota dealership. Been taking my ‘17 Tundra to Toyota of Rockwall for 45k miles worth of PM. Justin is a great advisor—I go in knowing what needs to be done, I let him know what needs to be done, and he makes sure it gets done. He has never attempted to upsell a service and has been honest with potential maintenance for the next scheduled service. Every PM issue he says needs to be done is already on my radar.

Am wondering why it’s taking this long for this dealership to correct the warranty information in my contact. I took the car home since November, later discovered that the warranty terms both parties agreed on was different from what was stated in the contract. Have made well over 20 calls and 3 visits to this office and no resolution till date. I hope my suspicions are not confirmed. I came in to get my car checked out. I had been told by a glass repair company I could not get my glass fixed due to error codes. I wasnt seeing anything on my Dash. I spoke with Kevin on the phone who was super Helpful! I was working in Rockwall the next day and they were able to get me in, Mick helped me and was so great about such an odd situation! The text feature to follow up on my service was wonderful. I got a printout of what they did and a reference for another glass company just in case! I may drive back to Rockwall for any Dealership visits in the future, they made the day so easy!

Changing my previous rating of 5 stars, after 2 bad experiences, since I gave the rating. One, was my purchase in August 2020, where they dumped me on a kid (Ricky), that had no clue what he was doing. It was unpleasant through almost the whole process, including an insulting offer for my 4Runner trade, which I had bought from them only 11 months earlier. I finally got put with Sam, who made things much better & I did get the car & deal I wanted. Two, was just now, trying to help my 78 year old Dad get him & my Mom a Camry. They had him talked into an extended warranty they do not need & that Rockwall Green package which was now $1,900! Previously, it had been about $900 & didn't include as much. Mostly it's coverage for "never gonna happen" things. They would not remove or reduce anything with that. So, after unpleasant dealings with all 3 men involved, it stayed, but I did get the warranty refunded. The finance guy was rude, though. It's ridiculous, even in these crazy times, & paying sticker-price, that this had to be added, too. They did buy the car, but aren't happy about the whole thing. Love the car, though. My wife & I have bought 5 vehicles from them, including a good experience last January between these 2 bad one's, & had been pretty happy, but none of that matters to them. No longer happy & probably won't buy from them again, nor recommend them. However, service department is awesome...hope that doesn't change. Shout-out to Justin H.

When I purchased my used Toyota a couple of years ago, I decided to opt for the prepaid oil change services, as it’s the one thing that I dislike doing myself. I have historically entered top answers on their surveys because it’s easier than the hassle of explaining but, I cannot do it anymore. I don’t recall ever getting out of the dealership in less than 1.5 to 2 hours, each time I have brought my vehicle in for an oil change. This last time, it was three hours. They can keep my money. I will go back to doing it myself.

Let me tell you just how AMAZING Cameron is…from the moment I requested more info on the RAV4 I was looking at he has been patient and kind! We were closing on our first home and he kept in communication as we were processing that before coming to look at cars. I am big on communication and he communicated really well! Carmelo was also amazing! He processed papers fast and worked with me to find something with our new address on it for proof of residency. I didn’t feel any pressure, besides the normal self pressure of having a car payment again haha, but not a feeling of being pushed a certain way for a car.

I went shopping for a new car yesterday and after 2 dealership that we left and said.. “ man car shopping used to be fun this is horrible” we went to lunch and started over. When we got to Toyota Josef C was out side waiting on me and made shopping fun! He also helped me find my new car Ruby!!! Traded RAV4 XLE for Highlander XSE and overall purchase experience was pretty good. Our fourth Toyota and will not buy another Make due to the success we have had with them. This said, I was just amazed that we got our brand-new (19 miles) vehicle home and it looked like someone took it through a $5.00 car wash to make it look good before we drove off. There were at least 40 paint scratches on the vehicle, mostly on the hood. I contacted the dealer the next day, the following Monday, and followed up in-between. Today I was told too bad once you drive it off the lot, but it could be buffed for a small fee. Well, I am done spending any money with this vendor both for the way they maintain their inventory and the flippant response to my concerns. Could have been very easily resolved but wow, so cheap. Shocking!

I bought my first vehicle here in 2018. Both of my parents have also purchased 2 vehicles from this location. I moved to Dallas but I still prefer to come to this location for my car maintenance needs because of the excellent service and consistent communication. Carlos and Cesar are great. None of the other locations I’ve been to in the metroplex provide the same service I’ve experienced here.

I have been looking for a new vehicle for months. I have called so many Toyota houses, and was even about to call in other states to get a vehicle. I happened to see a Tacoma I liked on the Toyota of Rockwall website, and I called to ask about it. I talked to Nemo Ulibarri about this vehicle, and he mentioned ordering my truck as the one I was looking at was sold already using the same process. The entire process was the easiest thing I have ever done, and Nemo kept me updated every step of the way. I live in West Texas, and they have worked with me to get all aspects of this done remotely, and even sent a runner with the paperwork I needed to sign. They were able to let my folks pick up the truck from them as well. This has been the easiest experience in making a large purchase I have ever had. Please do yourself a favor and go to Toyota of Rockwall for any of your vehicle needs, and if you were smart you would ask for Nemo to help you out!

Aaron was very rude the moment we stepped on the lot. He made it clear there would be no price negotiations and that only customers paying over asking price would be able to purchase a vehicle . All this was said after I simply inquired about a new vehicle, I did not ask about pricing or any specials. I would not recommend Aaron or Toyota of Rockwall. Horrible service.

Had an appointment with these guys to look at a specific car. When I got there they delayed me to tell me they sold the specific car I was there to look at. Didn't know the "bait and switch" scam was still being used but they do it. Do not trust these guys. UPDATE So the new car manager James Brown calls and leaves a message. The number I call back goes to a voicemail that is full. When I tried to call and ask for him, same thing.
