They don’t allow you to use their bathroom and claim it’s corporate policy to protect their employees who aren’t wearing a mask.

I came here to complete a name change on my credit cards. However, the staff took an hour doing nothing. I was later mailed the cards that are not updated with the new name. And I inquired about the credit card bonus. The staff was supposed to check if I can qualify for the bonus before pulling my credit. Well he did the opposite way anyway. Overall incompetent staff.

Refused restroom for me as customer. Sold my stock after. Changing my bank in the next week. Not considering them for 2.5 million mortgage. Terrible and SAD!

Normally I don’t have a problem when coming here, but the last time I was here was to open a savings account and I kept getting asked if I am an American citizen or have my green card on me. I am an American, born and raised, and had my American passport, birth certificate, social security and i.d. right in front of the guys face. I have an accent: an American accent. I also was asked numerous times how long I’ve been in the country. Obviously all my life. I am an American! I’ve handled these situations one too many times in my life, but on this day, I almost cried as I walked out the door. I was de-Americanized. This broke me.

Hansa helped me by notarizing a number of documents. She was very careful and friendly. This is a great service offered by this bank.

I called this branch about 6 times to make an appointment. And no one ever answers the phone. I 'm not sure why but its hard to make an appointment. I guess I'll go to another branch.

Its a good place to take out money or make an account to save your money💰

When I went in today needed to have something notarized. She did not want to help me. Very disappointed. I had to go to Daly city branch and Daniel Brickley was very nice to help me. It only took him 5 minutes. Thank you Daniel! This Millbrae branch has the worst customer service. I will move my savings elsewhere.

This is the racist bank in America I went to open a business account with them today, they refused because i don't have a green card / (still waiting for my green card) I had all the papers required My passport was expired and I couldn't renew it. It was very bad visit

First bank don't take coins... and some memorial coins were stolen due to my lack of awareness near the entrance when I was speaking with the teller. Bad experience with this branch.
