Chase Bank Harter Pkwy, Yuba City

The staff is super friendly, always greeting people by their names, making people smile. This branch is hands down my favorite location. Quick kind and courteous! Love running to the bank and being able to chat with whoever my teller is.

I have been with Chase for a couple years and have been pleased until now. We have only one branch and their are always long lines whether you are making a simple deposit or trying to open a new account. Very dissatisfied, thinking of changing banks.

I was homeless and have only my state ID card at a different address and had no problem withdrawing money from my checking account thanks chase

Was unable to open an account. They said they were booked for 3 weeks. Not ok

Used to love this bank but the past two years it’s getting worse and worse. Wait times are extremely slow and the drive up ATM is always out of service. I think I’m going to be moving my banking business to a smaller bank in town.

I waited 2 hours only to get told I will not be able to be seen 30 min before closing. It is 12/9/19 on a monday with only 2 bankers with access to open new accounts not the best first impression clearly i will be taking my business elsewhere! Smh

This place is great. The staff is super friendly and the environment is welcoming. The wait is a bit long to speak to a banker, but they are working on hiring new staff members. Overall this place got my approval.

Literally no one working inside, I’ve never seen a bank so empty

If you like being treated like a number and not person, or like a criminal by the bank. Then this is the bank for you. I would of given them zero stars but its not an option.
