I have been buying many things at this store for a couple years now. Very unfortunate the recent changes happening. For one, they no longer offer anywhere near fair prices for items to sell like they used to. Whats more, the gun prices have gone way out of control with a poorer selection as well. Most used guns aren't even for sale anymore and go online. Again, I've loved this place and employees for years, but in recent months it has gone downhill very quickly.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had I’ve been to this store a few times and it is always the same thing everyone just sitting behind the counter and not helping customers. I try and buy firearms from this store and I can never get help. I will never come back here Again, And I strongly advise everyone to stay away!

Bad business, Employees or should I say one of their employee refused to help at 5:45pm due to it almost being closing time, shouldn't work there if you're refusing business before closing time, that's simply causing customers to go elsewhere, lady with glasses and curly hair to be more exact should be FIRED, we shouldn't be refused business for being black! Don't go there!!!!

I went there once and never again. A rip off, Best Collateral is 100x better.

Always greeted by at least one employee. Treated exceptionally well. Fast courteous service. Very respectful and a pleasure to talk with. Inventory is great with a wide variety to shop from, not just the standard "money makers". First pawn broker in the town and the best I'n the area still; hands down and arguably.

Where to begin? I guess I should start by saying I don’t understand the negative reviews, at all. I have been in the store about a dozen (12) times over the last couple of years. Every time I go in we are greeted by the staff in a businesslike manner, even friendly most days. Weather I make a purchase or not, they are friendly and helpful. Heck, I have even seen them provide advice on someone brining in a garage sale find, very cool. Their business policies are clearly posted. They even took the time to explain the pawn process to me, which is pretty cool and straightforward. I will continue to do business with them going forward.

Called this place to pawn a PC wich is worth 3000 they said they don't take PC's np I call back two time and get hung up on to before even talking to anyone horrible place not dealing with them ever again. Best collateral is much better.

It is really a nice store. The guys are super polite and nice, but the ladies are super rude, with horrible attitude.

I wish i could give a review without stars because they deserve none. Horrible people.

My husband and I have conducted many successful business transactions here. I highly recommend Ore Pawn should you need an honest pawnbroker. I had to put my trust in these guys, and their integrity and business ethics are spot on. We are so thankful we picked these guys over the other shops in the area.
