Chase Bank Reviews

I have 4 accounts and 4 credit cards with chase for more than 10 years. been to many branches and never seen a branch as bas as this one., The manager is rude and disrespectful. Service is awful, no customer service whatso ever.

I had an appointment with Mr. Miguel, to open an account and to apply for a credit card. He explained everything about the account and credit card very nice and clear, and took the liberty of showing me the important points and explain them. He made my Chase experience excellent, and his customer service was very meritorious and meticulous.

Not very helpful, very frustrating. Bankers don't care if you can access your money in a timely manner. Slow service all around.

Won't help. Won't let me access my money. Online banking says to go in the branch. Branch says call online. No one wants to help me.

Everytime I come here they’re closed for renovations or emergency I think they should just tear the building down and build a new one, but when they are open they are really helpful with your problems

Friendly super fast service! Mr. Shawn Leblanc assisted me with my request. He was absolutely amazing!!! Definitely recommend this branch.

Both Drive Thru ATMs Are Down On A Friday Afternoon. Very Slow Service. A Bank Should Run More Smoothly Then This.

Yesterday 03/15/2017 around 1:00 pm. I went to the bank with my 16 year old son and the bank employee Oscar Sendejas called my name badly and I wonder what we needed to do. I told him that we wanted to open a checking account for my son. Unfortunately for us, he answered in an arrogant way and asked what type of ID we had, I asked him a little angry, why he made that question and he again arrogantly answered, that he had to verify the type of ID and legality. I got angry and put my son's social security on the desk. Immediately Mr. Oscar Sendejas took my son's social security card and he throw on the floor, telling me that he would not attend. I asked him to speak with the supervisor and the manager of the bank arrived and she was so arrogant she said that they have to go through all kinds of documents in that way. I tried to explain her, that my son is a minor and we have all the good documents to open any account, and she always proceeded arrogantly, asking directly to my minor son if is he a United States citizen? I been observing as if she were a immigration agent. I'm a U.S citizen and I have had small checking accounts for a long time with that bank. Later, My son opened the account, because we showed that everything was fine and one female employee was kind with us. But she asked too many personal questions, because I'm sure the bank manager told her to ask me as much information as possible. I can’t believe that, why in the bank an overbearing manager asked a minor the immigration status and a bad employee is protected to act badly and discriminate against a smaller client.

This bank sucks. They have eliminated all the tellers. I get the privilege of standing in long lines for one teller. In fact, I am writing this review in line because I have nothing else I can do due to their inefficiency. This bank used to be good. Now it sucks. Kurt

This bank does not believe in helping customers in any way whether you have an account or not! I needed to cash my payroll check in an emergency, i was told they couldn't cash my check because I didn't have any money in my checking account. I also had insufficient account charges every month, for no reason! I cancelled my account immediately. Last Thursday I drove thru the drive thru to get some quarters for laundry, when the teller told me he couldn't give me any quarters, because it was not a $10 bill. I was shocked and I told him- "your a bank and you can't give me $2.50 in quarters???????????? He responded by telling me that I could go down to Walmart and they could do it." I went next door to McDonalds and the cashier at the window gave me quarters. So I tell everyone I run into about the ignorance of this bank!
