Chase Bank 5th Ave, Bay Shore

I'll start by saying I've banked with chase over 10 years now. Went in on a Wednesday afternoon, a half hour before closing, to open a basic checking account for my son. Was attended by Rita who was very impatient and seemed uninterested in helping. There were no other visible representatives to assist other than two tellers. Rita was more preoccupied with the fact that she was closing soon that when I asked how to go about adding myself as a secondary user on the new account, Rita responded by telling me to come back a different day to do so and that we were all set. Very bad customer service. That moment that she proceeded to grab her belongings and walked away. I work retail in the furniture business and I understand it's frustrating when customers overstay closing hours, however adding a second user was not an extensive request. Very disappointing. I'll be banking at a different location going forward.

I have been banking with Chase for some time now but in Queens.. Today I have to open another account in Bayshore and was assisted by Mr.Jelvin and I must say I was totally impressed by his professionalism and humor he was very much knowledgeable about what I needed to do and advise me . My suggestion to everyone see him .. thank you Mr.Jelvin.

Idk what these 1 star reviews are talking about. It’s a quiet small town chase bank that you go to when you want to quickly deposit or withdrawal cash.

Im tired of Chase bank, My account has been compromised THREE times in the past three months...Im closing my account and going elsewhere. The last time I was at this branch, which was the beginning of this month for the second compromise... we were instructed to go home and change the mobile app settings with instructions... only to find out IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE AT THE BRANCH WHEN WE WERE THERE!!! The told to go back again to have it done.I don't feel comfortable using them anymore, which is a shame because I have been a customer for years

I went to the bank for a question not for any activity but no one gives me any attention and finally one was so rude told me ( with attitude) ask the lady and she pointed to the manager , the manager also was so rude she said I can hear you go to the line go to the line. Over all they are so rude and have an attitude . I will never go there again

Robert is an unprofessional guy that doesn’t know how to cash a check and doesn’t know about banking he charged me for cash out my paycheck and I do have a credit card with the bank so it should be free because i done it before

Bad service and they do not solve the problems of their clients and for not doing their job well they lie to their clients instead in the chase of the Brentwood rd there if they helped me to solve my problem and are more qualified to help their clients

They should have more ATMs ...
