I'm a capital one customer. I have a credit card. I went to the bank today to try to make a transaction that previously I've already done them. The guy who attended me asked me for information that they didn't ask for before without any justification. He asked me for my ss number and my tax ID to place it in the system. Those seemed in bad taste

This bank is a nightmare. Pretty decent staff all around however THEY NEED TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE. We make deposits every day the branch is open. If there is consistently (multiple times a week) a line out the door with only one or two tellers helping people, this is their normal customer frequency range. This needs to be addressed to help the people that work here and offer customers the service they expect when visiting any branch.

Angela is amazing she helped me wire some funds for closing and I was so nervous, she made me feel at ease and really truly cares for capital one customers!

Slowest line ever! They keep closing locations which in turn is making it impossible to be in and out on under an hour minimum! This bank is going down fast do yourself a favor and follow in my footsteps and leave capital one for a better bank

Can’t get in to the inside ATMs even when using multiples card at the doors scanner and the outside ATMs don’t even take deposits at certain hours. What’s the whole point of outdoor ATMs if they don’t even work? Update: I can literally go to any other capital one that isn’t this one and do everything i need to do without a problem. 0/5 this if I could

Useless bank, huge wait, avoid at all costs. Needed an emergency cash advance on a card, my name on the card was "Dan" instead of "Daniel", showed my ID and was told they could not do it because it wasn't my name...Teller probably didn't want to get up and go to the cash advance machine. Went to another bank and it was done no problem. Switching banks as soon as possible.

I came there to only use the ATM but It wouldn't take my money Because the bill was too old. So I had to go inside. To make my deposit. But besides that the service was great & the staffing is very helpful and friendly and professional 👍

Well this branch used to be great. Right when they built the new place. The staff I used to work with there were awesome. They knew who I was and helped move things along for me. Then new staff came in. Some new branch manager and ever since then it's gone down hill. There seems to only ever be 1 person available to help customers in the office, and the manager never seems to get do much but sit in his corner office eating lunch (hey we all gotta eat, but when a customer is sitting there for 20+ minutes, that's a bit much, come help me). At one point someone asked me what I needed, i told her and then she just walked away. No "be right back" no nothing, just walked away, she ended up helping some other office personnel with something while I still sat there. I'm a business customer and rely on them for transfers and enough is enough. I've had it with this branch and taking up my time while I sit there waiting, and waiting, and waiting... i'll find a new bank. I need to find out where the old staff went, and try that branch, they were awesome. The only person who seems to know what she's doing USED to be in the office but now she's at the teller window... they need to move her back to the office where she got things done.
