My experience was generally positive. Most of the ATM's were not functioning. I walked inside to use a live teller to deposit a single check. A nice gentleman (did not get his name), who I believe was the branch manager on duty, directed me to an inside ATM and oversaw my transaction, offering help and direction as necessary. He smoothed the process for me. A drive-up ATM would be nice here.

Worst customer service in the country! Stay away from these people if you can! Besides being part of small community, they are useless here. Chase corporate needs to come undercover and find out for themselves. It is horrible, the only reason they are still in business is because it is the only well known branch within the 20 miles radio.
