So, I was on the 1800 chase bank customer service and it was a freaking nightmare. I’m going to need a drink or five to recoup…anyways…one very amazing a beautiful individual resolves it all in under 5 minutes…that person is the one and only, MISS CYNTIA!!! Hands down you made my freaking day! Give this girl a raise and if you’re reading this, always ask for her! You da bomb gurl! Mick

I’ve been banking here for 8 years and love chase but specifically this branch for its friendly staff. Once in a while they call me and ask if there is anything I need. This bank has always treated me and my money right. I will always bank with chase!!!!!

I’ve been banking with Chase for three years and never had one bad experience until visiting this branch this past week. I sat down with a chase employee to close one of my three accounts he made a very disrespectful comment with no basis I don’t appreciate him making assumptions about what I do with my money. I am now considering closing my other two accounts and banking elsewhere. I’ve also submitted a complaint with corporate. Maybe in the future he will learn to keep his unnecessary opinions to himself.

Chase bank is amazing, I've been banking with them for years and have had little to no issues. This branch is closest to my home and is very convenient. Everybody who works here has helped me with all of my banking issues and have greeted me with a smile on their face. I've only ever had an issue with one employee named James. He gave me attitude over the phone, and kept making excuses for chases faulty notification system. Even though I had an issue with him over the phone, he still transferred me to a customer service representative who did help me with my account and the issues was resolved!

Excellent customer service. In particular, Rachel went above and beyond with my mom, who was in dealing with some business 2 weeks after my dad passed. My mom's first words when entering the house today was to say how terrific Rachel was in helping her navigate some account stuff. Thanks Rachel!

I want to thank Vince DeMarco of Chase Bank St Charles,Il for helping me the last two weeks In notarizing documents for the Estate of my recently deceased mother. It has been a very difficult time and I appreciate Vince taking time to notarize the documents and listen to my memories and thoughts.

A woman named Linda helped me with a cashiers check. She was incredibly nice and I could tell she was smiling behind the mask. I didn’t notice I walked in before the bank was open (5 mins before) but was still greeted with smiles and offers for assistance.

Chase is always good to small businesses and their day to day activity. Unless you're bringing in millions they won't be courtios to extend financial help. I've been with Chase since 2000, when we needed help in beginning they didn't give any, 20 years later they offered my business a $25,000 credit card.

A very pleasant experience. I was driving past the branch and decided to stop in as I had questions about how to set up a trust account. I was met by Fahad who greeted me and then took me over to his desk. We spoke about family, work, activities, culture and other stuff so it didn't even feel like I was there to do business. But when it came down to business, he explained every step and i felt well informed and also what to expect when I do walk in with the paperwork for my trust. From the paperwork I'll need to the time it'll take Chase's legal dept to look at my trust documents to the time it'll take to open the trust etc. Very different from my other bank.

Friendliest staff I've ever seen at any bank. Love this location.
