Carrie is amazing! She patiently explained everything I needed to know. I really appreciate her help, as I was overwhelmed with buying a new house and not having had any accounts in several years. Ty!

It's just ok. They are always understaffed and their services are getting less customer-friendly. I often see a long line forming but there are employees walking around not working with customers. There is some blonde woman who has spent too much time in a tanning bed that I see in there who never does anything but boss people around. I no longer feel like a valued customer at this branch and will go over to either Lexington Avenue or on Park Ave at Brookwood where the staff is much more customer oriented.

Let me just say that Kaye Corwin gave me excellent customer service today. I called with Notary questions & she was very very nice & knowledgeable. Thank you Kaye, I will be doing my future business with you & Chase !

Bank is ok but they still charge you for a "free" account

H. Kaye Corwin was surperb in helping me take care of an attempted fraud on my account. I was so upset from this & she walked me through everything. Made all the needed phone calls to restore the problem. She is a Godsend!!! Thank you SO MUCH.

We receive great customer service at all of the branches, but I was particularly impressed by Kaye's service we received this week at the Ashland Road Branch. We came in to close our personal account due to fees, but she assisted us with the fees and in getting our account set up differently so we would be able to avoid getting fees in the future. She was very knowledgeable and helpful!
