I used to like chase bank but not so much in the last couple years and definitely not this branch in particular. Why do these places build nine teller windows when they only ever have two open at a time? There was a banker roving about the line to see if she could help someone but she couldn’t help anyone because she wasn’t at a teller window hence the line was to the door. There is a sign at each teller window blaming the coin shortage on the government. Yet Chase doesn’t accept a big bag of quarters for deposit. So I’m thinking that’s just as much as Chase‘s fault as anyone else’s. The parking lot is not lined so given that this is Tucson it’s a free-for-all there. Time for me to look for a local credit union that cares about more than just their bottom line. Chase just extracts from South Tucson while giving nothing back.

I would give this place no stars if I could. I just came in to have a single page document notorized and the teller without even asking the notary says to go to Wellsfargo or up the street to pay for it. I'm in a wheelchair and it took a lot to br able to get out. I have never felt so discriminated against in my life.

ATM didn't register my deposit. They couldn't just open the machine and see the money is there. Had to file a claim and wait 8-12 hours for my money to be available. I have to pay rent today. Not tomorrow. Should've went to my regular bank.

Not so good, my husband tried to withdraw money off of his debit card and they gave him a hard time, so one star for this reason.

What is happening with Chase, it use to be a good, solid and worthy financial institution. After a month wait I finally get my replacement debit card, I try activating the card and my PIN no longer works. I call the 800 number only to wait 10 minutes, once I explain my issue I am given two choice go to a branch or have a new PIN mailed which takes approximately 10 days. Therefore I go to this branch, and am greeted by an employee. I explained my purpose and am told since staffing is low, bankers only work by appointments and should be an hour wait. Are you kidding me? A banker is at lunch but upon return is busy, a pin reset takes 1 mins to do. What she meant to say is we are lazy and don't really care... Chase corporate take a break from your yachts and take a look at your branches. You forget who pays your salary... and you wonder why I dont bring my main accounts to Chase. USAA all the way!!

Came in to use Notary Public as I do have an account at 4:05. It is now 4:40 pm with five employees working the bank floor. There is a sign-up sheet but I feel like I’m not visible to them though I can see them clearly. I’m wagering I’m going to get the response after waiting so long “our notary is not in today. So sorry. Thank you!” Find another branch or hire more efficient people? Follow-up: The Notary was really helpful and aware of her documents; I actually learned something new from her. Great experience with her. Unfortunately, my radiator was busted in the parking lot soon there after and leaked when I got to the grocery store parking lot. Unfortunate..

Due to minimal bank tellers, it can take some time to get transactions finished.

Bad customer service, not experienced enough. There are 3 other cashiers talking to each other and only 1 clerk with a big line of customers. Bad experience coming here.
