Totally unprofessional, inconsiderate, incompetent and unacceptable service; one of their staff told me she can help to close the credit card in Jan 2022. Few months later, i discovered that the account was not closed at all. Affected my credit score by more than a hundred points cos of late fee. Went to see the store manager Angela, on 05/24/22, trying to get her help to rectify this situation. One day later, she called and said there is NOTHING she can do. Implying it is all my fault and she refuse to believe my explanation. Please be very wary and cautious when dealing with this branch. I learn my lesson: never trust or believe anything they told you, always get a written document if they say they "promise" to deal with your situation.

So bad service. I requested print out balance statements 2021 and they gave me the balance statements 2020/ last year. I requested again to print the new one. They said, they can't do that. Even the manager bank can't help.

I honestly don’t think I’ve been able to get the ATM to work in over 6 months. It has had technical difficulties for literally 6 MONTHS. If chase is going to charge a fee for non-chase withdrawals then pls dear god we need ATMs that work.

I’m currently sitting here at Chase bank in the car lane trying to deposit money. I’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes. I didn’t even ask for any cash back and this isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait at this specific location. They are sloth slow over here!!! Avoid this location at all costs. God forbid I had to actually take money out, would probably be here all day.

This particular branch is not very customer oriented. Every time I went inside to deposit a check one of the managers would remind me that I could just do that with my mobile phone and avoid coming inside. They seemed annoyed that I was there. I decided to take my money to another local bank that actually greeted me with a smile when I walked through their doors.

Probably the best chase I’ve been to! They are very friendly and helpful. Angela helped me a couple times and she’s great!

I'm not sure if it's Chase in general or this branch, but their incompetence is amazing. I needed to open a new business account and a COLTAF account. I kept being told someone else needed to call me to get it setup. I talked to 4 different people and the last one told me to wait for a call from a 5th person that still hasn't come. I have another business account and a personal account with Chase so I figured I'd just stick with them. I am not sure if their failing is a customer service issue, a poor communication issue, or a lack of employee empowerment. What I do know is that FirstBank did in 30 minutes what Chase STILL has not done in 2 weeks. I had issues opening my other business account in 2014 too at another branch but the branch manager called and apologized for how her business banker understood so little about business. I may just switch all of my accounts to FirstBank, the ONLY benefit to Chase is that I rack up a ton of Sapphire and Ink credit card points and take great vacations; but you don't need to have a bank account with Chase to have their credit card. Besides, FirstBank has the same banking app technology I like. Bottom line: If you are a businessperson you probably don't like wasting your time, so don't waste your time and do business here. I have had my new business on hold waiting on Chase for no real reason. Had I gone to FirstBank in October instead of Chase I would be much farther ahead now.

They messed up my bill pay and then when I went in to have it fixed the manager basically told me to go online and fix it myself. Also if you have anything you need done you have to make an appointment. When I had Wells Fargo they were always willing to help me out then and there. Only changed because of my wife and now I am regretting it.

You should update your new operating times online as well. I left work early to get to the Chase Bank on Parker Rd. & Orchard thinking that the bank closes at 6:00 pm as Google & the bank website show today. The bank was closed when I got there at 4:30 pm. Not happy at all.

This bank is useless. I'm one strike away from switching all my banking from Chase. ATM doesn't work. What's a bank good for without this?
