the teller woman that greets you has an attitude problem. I can live with the attitude but she is inconsistent with her statements. I went over for a walk in Friday and she told me they only do appointments so I asked for next Saturday appointment available and she told me Saturdays are walk ins. I go Saturday and then she tells me Saturdays are appointment only. So at least be consistent with your statements and save me the time. I can go to another branch or bank and save some time. if Carmen that helped us out wasn't so nice then I would leave a one star.

I've been an account holder at the SCC Branch since the day it opened. I've been very impressed by the branch manager (Hope) since then and I"m happy that she's still managing there as I'm always happy with the customer service provided by the tellers and advisors. Can't say enough about the branch.

Awful attitude from the cashier today. Her colleague was shocked at hearing the way i was treated, and tried to make amends. Basically, all my requests were met with “why you came here if you could make it all online?”. I came there so that you can still have a job barking at customers, lady

I’ve taken a look at a few reviews from others here and actually had quite the opposite experience as some of the low rating suggest. I was greeted with a smiling face and with a Chase staff that was more than willing to assist. In fact, the teller made it a point to come from around the counter to insure I was assisted. I had an appointment with Chris Kelly who got my business started with the Banking account we needed and he made it enjoyable while doing so. I appreciate this branch location and would recommend to a friend.

Impossible to even get an appointment in person or phone or on line. Standard statements with no chance to state my situation. Waited in the lobby for almost an hour. It was Saturday, true, but CLOSED would have as helpful without the stress.

My husband went through the drive thru. Waited 15 mins behind the car in front of him. The teller was new and screwed up a $25 money order. The other teller made him come inside and wait in line as she held his debit card and drivers license. From the time he waited in the drive thru to he made to wait in the lobby and for to go up there to figure out why it took so long, the teller messed up the transaction and they never have him an explanation as to why the wait was so long or a courtesy apology or explanation of what they were doing. They blamed it on system error. And the teller was completely rude by telling us that this was an inconvenience to her. And unfortunately I have to keep banking there.

Sadly I’ve been banking with a chase for a few years and they are awful. Went to the one in Big Bend and got rejected for not having an app to open another account. Follow their instructions to make an appt online, get stuck in traffic and was late for the appt I made here so they told me to wait and they would check and left me standing in the waiting room. No one should have to beg a bank to do business with them. Took my business across the street. Super helpful and accommodating over there!

Worst Chase branch & experience. Do not waste your time with this branch, they are rude and do not care about your time but will gladly make you wait 45 mins without any customers in the branch. Corporate - you should definitely look into this branch, not a good look for Chase…

Unethical if not illegal bank policy. This bank freezes the account of a deceased person for 120 days for fear of a social security(SS) check deposit being recalled by the social security department. They ask the deceased persons heir to research this with SS for free, and obtain a letter that the funds will not be recalled. SS will not do this. In summary they are freezing customers assets for 3 months and capitalizing on their death so they can utilize the funds for free. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE
