Bell Rd and Cotton chase is beyond busy or understaffed , not sure which. Everyone there is very polite and helpful , especially Bryon. I came in to get something important notorized today . 2 people were ahead so they told me to come back Thursday. I went down the street to UPS and although it cost $10 I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. Shame on you Mr Chase Bank

Thank you to the very friendly bank teller that assisted me with a cash withdrawal on a hectic day before the Thanksgiving holiday. I was so happy to see that Chase Bank was open until 5pm while the stingy “Woke” Bank of America had closed up at 4.

Talk about bad attitudes. The lady there Heather has the worst of them. She talks down to customers and is very argumentative. If you font word something properly she is quick to treat you bad but when the shoe is on the other foot you should bend over backwards to accommodate her. If you dont like your job find a new one. And they wonder why ill never bring my bussiness accounts back to chase.

Don't bank here. Chase is very awful. I was locked out of my account and it was closed for an unknown reason. They would not tell me why they made this decision. Then they refused to give my money and I am still waiting to receive it. They also could not tell me the status of account that were running through it. The staff has been less than helpful and unable to answer basically any question. I have been dealing with this now for several hours with no resolution. Bring your business somewhere else. I have three other bank accounts with different banks and have never experienced anything like this.

Horrible service! Almost every time I go to the drive up ATM it says it can't accept deposits or it just kicks everything back to me. Inside isn't much better; I've yet to see more than one teller working up front regardless of how many people are waiting. Luckily the branch by my work keeps their machines in good standing and always has multiple tellers working.

Overall, I am just impressed with Chase. But, I am writing this review specific to this location because I am so happy with Bryon. He has helped us now set up 3-4 new accounts for various reasons and he is so awesome to work with. We also had to bring our 2 year old with us to one appointment and Bryon was so helpful in keeping her happy/entertained.

I wish they would allow for same day appointment booking online, the same day was grayed out when i looked online but when i showed up the place was dead with 3-4 bankers at their desks doing nothing. If i had known that i would of brought my more complicated transaction with me. But they are very nice and not rude at all.

Been doing business here for 15 years. Seems like Chase is trying to force people into using the atm machine which is nice if that's what you need. If you need to open a new account good luck. Need to have a special guy for that...even though there might be 2 or 3 employees that appear to be available they apparently aren't all trained to handle more specific tasks. They've reduced tellers so the only tellers are the ones running the drive through and there is nearly always a line of people and cars they are serving. The people serving are very nice, but I get stuck in line for a teller 5 to 10 minutes nearly every time and if I need a banker i have to make a special appointment to get the right guy. I just remember the days when you didn't have to make appointments for a specially trained banker or have to wait very long to see a teller. I'd like to change to smaller local bank that is more customer centric but so far the hassle of switching has kept me at Chase, not the service.

I love Chase. This location has some of the rudest tellers I have ever come across. I would completely avoid this location amd just goto another branch

Not sure where customer service went but it sure wasn't found here. We have emailed countless times and our emails must be going to junk email all th sudden. Our mortgage banker nor his boss has acknowledged us since our meeting 2 months ago. I would think that a big bank such as Chase would have such a lack of customer service skills.
