I usually never do any reviews but I gotta say Connie H. Helped my daughter open up a bank account and help her get her first auto loan which it was a piece of cake. (Of course having all the requirements my daughter needed) She is very attentive, communicative and very informative. Will be definitely keep coming back to this branch. 😬👍

Sydney helped me to connect all my accounts to make life easier. Even when my other bank was not cooperating she took the time to make it work. She went way beyond the call of duty and fixed the issue. She was VERY patient and helpful. Thank you!

Connie was an amazing help to us through our loan process. She was prompt with follow up, getting our documents submitted quickly, and providing us with updates. We are more than pleased with Connie and Desert Financial. Highly recommend.

I took our young sons in to open their first bank account with their own money. I thought I had an appointment but, as it turns out, I did not. After waiting less than five minutes, Connie said that she could take care of us, even bumping a phone appointment that had been previously scheduled for another member. That's the first pleasant surprise. In the end, the entire experience was enjoyable, which I don't normally associate with banking. Connie walked my young men through everything (when I say young men, I mean early elementary school). She explained how to keep their accounts and money safe, the processes that should occur every time they visit the bank, let them make their own transactions and sign their own signatures. I was blown away. Clearly she enjoys helping children learn about how to handle their money. I will likely make any appointment our family needs with Connie. She was awesome!

Sat down with Sydney Foltz, a senior Relationship Specialist there at the surprise branch. I was opening an account and I had a million questions and I also ended up applying for home equity line of credit which again came with another million questions. Sydney was very educated and answered all my questions right away. I felt like I was completely taken care of. Sydney never made me feel like I was a bother even though I know I was and I’m sure I spent much more time in there than most other people but I never felt rushed either. Definitely recommend working with Sydney and the Greenway Fry’s branch!

I switched from Wells Fargo to desert financial a few years ago and the biggest difference is by far the customer service. I was helped by Jamarcus today and he was absolutely delightful to talk to, always being kind and really putting extra work to make the customer feel truly valued. Desert financial has employed some great people and it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Connie at the Desert Financial in frys off of cotton and greenway was absolutely amazing, I went In not knowing the steps and processes of refinancing And she went above and beyond helping me find the best deal. She really is looking out for her customers, she was very personable and I would recommend her to everybody.

Sydney made our experience easy and seamless. She was very personable, friendly and made us feel very comfortable during the whole process.
