Chase Bank Dell Range Blvd, Cheyenne

Best bank in town and top notch customer service. I walked in with a jar coins and asked if they had a coin counter. They do not. They offered to roll them for me and two bankers sat and rolled coins with me! My old bank told me to go to a coin star machine! These folks are wonderful and you feel great every time you enter!

Freedom credit card is not good at all they just playing game and steal money they realy hurt me when you call them they don't have any respect they said tranfer to specialist but all their answer is the same they destroyed my credit point i hope the government follow them what they are doing for inoccent people............

It’s been 3 weeks since I opened my account online and the first week I couldn’t get my money because I had to prove my identity so I went into the branch & was told everything was fixed they made my husband & I a brand new account but I couldn’t get access to my money until the following 7 days when we get our new debit cards and our money from the old account would transfer into the new one. We waited and then had to go back to the branch because the money was not only NOT transferred into the new account but we still hadn’t received our debit cards & the app wouldn’t let me transfer the money over because Chase had put a restriction on the old account. Now it is another week of waiting for our debit cards & our bills are not getting paid. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the branch here in Cheyenne is very nice and try to do everything they can to fix the issues but the online customer service has proven to be useless and have no idea what they are talking about. My husband & I will most likely withdraw our money and go somewhere else.

Always a pleasure to stop in. Sadly it's caused by issues when I have to stop in but they are really more then willing to assist. Amanda and Ben are always pleasant and the door lady is always trying to make the day better.

Let me just start off by saying I really hate banks, especially if you are military overseas, looking at you Community bank. I loath the bank experience but I needed a branch that was local and located in states with family so Chase Bank won out over a local credit union or even a bank such as wells fargo. I walked into the Cheyenne Branch of Chase, was immediately helped. Got an account set up, no pressuring for extra services I don't need, place was clean and well organized. Never had a better bank experience in my life. Actually walked out of their in awe. Don't know about Chase bank as a whole. But I can recommend the Branch in Cheyenne wholeheartly. My name being Chase has nothing to do with the selection, no relation.

I have been having banking issues with other bank and needed to open something asap. Heather is amazing!!! She was able to help me open an account so I could get what I needed done. She was very understanding, supportive and extremely nice! Thank you very much!

This is not a user friendly bank. Policy's over ride common since and no one locally can make a real decision .
