I have NO idea what all the bad reviews are about. I opened an account because Wells Fargo closed in my area. Lisa could not have been nicer and the whole branch seemed to run smoothly. Maybe it's just the times with with Corona, fire smoke, etc. The manager came in to meet me personally. Sorry, I don't get it. Best move I ever made.

Ple Pleasant folk and hardly any waiting. My problem that day was resolved quickly.

Unfortunately I have to rate at least a star, when the service I received isn't even worth half a star. First of all, we pulled up to the drive up teller cause, drive up should be quick but no we spend over 25 minutes in line! It took so long my boyfriend got out of the car and went to the ATM (Which we should of done in the first place) withdrew money, which the ATM didn't have in the denomination needed, so he had to go inside the branch. there was only 1 teller in the drive thru and at the teller line, all I needed was to exchange my bills, and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes! The manager was no help at all as I expressed that there is a long line, why wasn't there more tellers, she said she didnt have a drawer, and couldn't help. It was a complete mess, 30 minutes to withdraw my money. I will never go back to this location again. I rather pay a non-chase-atm fee!

So a manager is a neighbor of mine and personally is the very reason we had closed out account with our local bank (we will expand out option with an out of town chase bank asap . for I enjoy their stores ability to obtain the best options ) she rudely confronted us about our investment property during a deposit of ours . We were loyal chase customers until this my family had done business locally until this harrassement due to public circumstance gave the presumption that its ok to harassment and embarress us publicly . we hope chase bank In a separate location will allow us to conduct business with in their institution with out bs. We have the investments to entertain . thank u

Always a pleasure and helpful. Yes, you need an appointment. It's the only bank in town so they are very busy with client accounts and needs.

My son and his wife walked in today to open an account. Were refused because "no more appointments available today". My husband and I were in banking for more than 40 years combined. Never would we be OK with this type of customer service (or lack thereof). Very disappointed. Won't get our business.

We went in to Wickenburg Chase to get a Medallion signature guarantee and the teller said they could not do that because we did not have an account. All we wanted was a guarantee of a signature for financial papers. We had drivers license, passports, etc showing our signature and picture Id. Wells Fargo in Bashas' would but the person went home sick. Not a good experience, maybe the manager will explain their reasoning.

Had chase for years never had issues. Came back a few months ago and they are playing games. I had a bill go through early and they wouldn't stop payment on it even though it was still pending. So I borrowed the money it said I was negative. Then two days later I went and looked and my account was -$88. Saying I didn't put $9.36 of the amount that it was originally negative. It should've showed the full amount negative. Shady and I regret coming back.

Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I gave them a cashiers check and they held it 2 weeks. Criminal!!! They recieved the money the day after i brought it in. Horrible cheats. Using my money while i suffer without a dime. Dont use this bank.
